Lack of heating, position of mirror made it difficult to dry hair with dryer
Great location and use of space within the apartment. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet given the central location.
Would have very much appreciated more towels - one bath towel each for four days is not enough. More cutlery was definately needed and some more mugs woud have been useful too. Some parts of the apartment hadn't seen a cloth/duster for a while!

We really liked the property (flat 9) and it was in a great location well within walking distance of the Castle and main centre. It was a very clean, modern appartment and catered for all our needs. We would definitely stay here again.
The car parking space was difficult to find and too far from the appartment. The doors slammed on all the apartments when shut.

1 bathroom between 4 people and only 1 toilet which was in the bathroom. 2 double beds when we wanted a double and a twin. Quite noisy with traffic. Expensive for what we got.

Lots of space,beds were comfortable, shower was great, kitchen layout great. Apartment is close to everything - downtown Edinburgh, shopping, train stations, buses and trams, grocery stores. The pub across from the apartment, Au Bar, had the best food of the pubs we had eaten at. Handy having the code to get into the apartment, as we arrived at 9 PM at night. Nice welcome booklet. Had a drying rack for laundry - super as the combo washer/dryers aren't quick at drying clothes.
First night there, we had a beeping noise every 5 minutes - we phoned the caretaker and he thought it was a smoke detector. It turned out it was because the power was not turned on to the fridge, even though I thought I had turned it on. The light over the sink didn't work in the bathroom, and if you turned off the bathroom light in the bedroom you couldn't turn it on from the hall switch. The area outside was noisy and we had the windows open. Fridge should be left on all the time, or at least a few hours before a new guest arrives. Last guest had shut off the bathroom fan switch, and it took us an evening to figure that out.

Noise; the double glazing was ineffectual, thankfully it's in a quiet area but traffic could be heard. Could do with a separate WC No starbucks coffee as promised and discounts referred to in the documentation no longer exist

The location was wonderful and made the stay very enjoyable. Easy access to all the places we wanted to be plus small supermarkets and good restaurants within short walking distance. Close to Haymarket station and Princes Street. The flat was spotlessly clean and it was fairly quiet for a city centre location.
Didn't like one bathroom for 4 people in a luxury apartment. Small point in the whole scheme of things.
Lovely quality of apartment. Helpful office staff. Great location, handy for tram from airport and short walk to Princes Street and to Haymarket Rail station. Would go back and definitely recommend
No complaints, I have read some reviews about noise of traffic in the morning, yes there is a bit, but it is a city centre apartment! And even at that not too bad.
