Clean, comfortable, convenient Breakfast arrangements were basically toast, cereal, and juice on a tray. We opted to miss this (as it was not included). There are cafe's but we were there on Bank Holiday so they were not open until 10am

Lovely little B&B. With breakfast as an option for good value. Friendly. Clean When breakfast arrived on trays needed an additional table to put trays on/eat breakfast from. Smoking sign in family room up side down. Two beds could really of been done as a double.

Nice town, lovely building Perhaps breakfast would be nice - cereal and toast offered in the room. However plenty of cafe's in the near area. Would recommend Simply Scrumptious! Large bed would be an advantage for my 6' 2" husband.

Clean room, well furnished and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. One negative was the noisey fridge, it had to be switched off at night but I still would stay there again

Hotel is located right on the high street of Hythe, clean, pretty room. Free parking is possible at a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was not included, but for a small amount it is possible to get a breakfast tray in your room with toast and cerials.

Very friendly welcome. Clean comfortable room with excellent shower. Sufficient hanging space for clothes. The noise both internal and external. Wall to adjacent bathroom and bedroom door itself virtually transparent to sound with every snore and other noise audible. Double glazing to Main Street not very effective either. Not a huge problem to me but light sleepers beware. No breakfast available in house contrary to booking note. Assured that various cafes open at 0800. Saturday fine. On Sunday nothing within a reasonable walk in torrential rain was open so breakfast was four tiny biscuits and a cup of tea from the bedroom tea tray in soaked clothes. Not amused. If you don't need to be off before 10 or 11 this may not be a problem. I had to be away at 0845.

Very comfortable bed and luxury bathroom. Although a solo traveller, I had the family room, which had a microwave and fridge discreetly hidden in the massive built-in wardrobe. I did not have the breakfast, but a quick peek into the kitchen looked very nice. I received a very warm welcome from the owner and was even helped with my luggage to the car park that was very much appreciated.

The location and the cleanliness of the property. As this is advertised as a bed and breakfast property I was surprised to find a breakfast was not included in the room rate. Perhaps a guest house listing would be more appropriate. We extended our original one night stay another night due to business commitments, however we were disappointed to find on returning to the property after 10pm, our towels and tea/coffee supplies had not been replaced/replenished. More clarity around what is included in the daily price - room service, replenished coffee/teas and what is available, ie, breakfast, would be useful to guests.

Malt Lodge is een gezellig Bed and Breakfast.
