I thought the apartment we stayed in offered great value for money, was nicely furnished and a suitable walking distance from the tube station and various attractions. Only that some of the furnishing - ie the bed and sink in the bathroom, could do with a bit of tlc - the bed was bent in the middle and felt like it would break and the sink had to be tipped to one side to catch the water. |

Very modern rooms and good location for City. Good service at reception and geenrally rooms clean and tidy. The tv and freeview on it were intermittent and tv is quite old now. In the room I stayed in there were a number of loose fittings, and door handle and sink tap came off in my hand - not very impressive! |

it was clean, well located, good price, and its good to make your self a cup of coffe when you wake up and then sit in the nice furniture and wake up slowly... and relax after a long day in the city it was guite noisy with the traffic, and it was hot in the sleeping room. There was no electrical point in the bathroom |

The whole experience was very easy. It was great to be able to to check in on time and our room be ready. It was also good that the office is open until midnight to accomodate for late arrivals. The check out could be later, 10am is very early for a Sunday morning and ideally would have like 11am or 12noon. |

We enjoyed staying at Think due to the 'home from home' feeling, as we travelled with two children aged 2 and 7. The apartment meant we could enjoy the sights of london throughout the day and then as the children tired we could return to the apartment, let them go to bed, and enjoy a relaxing evening ourselves. The apartment had everything we need in order to cook and wash out clothes if need be. The bedrooms were good sizes and we had 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, which was always a bonus for the children. The location is good and is a 5 minute walk from tower bridge and a 10 minute walk from the tube which obviously allowed us to explore london. There is a small supermarket across the road where you can buy the essentials. Only down side for us was that we were on the 2nd floor and had to carry the pushchair up the spiral staircase each day, would not out me off staying again though! |

Home from home, great location and would definitely recommend. The only downside is the early checkout at 10am. |

Good location. Would suit someone who wanted a longer stay in London. Washing machine and basic cooking facilities make it an economical choice. Free wi-fi was helpful. Our room was very close to the Underground but luckily they stopped during the night so we had a good sleep! |

The apartment has evrything that you would need for your stay including a washing machine, tumble dryer and even a dish washer. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for a short stay. There is a convenience store and cafe just over the road and it is only a short walk to the tube station. |

I liked the modern style of the room, the closeness of the sights, the ease of self-catering The finish of some of the kitchen edging was poor - coming off in places; it was very hot and we couldn't lower the temperature |
