Location of the hotel and the upgrade they gave us to a large one bed apartment after messing up our booking. The small, boiling, single bed studio that they tried to make us stay in to begin with...overlooking the train line.

The first room we were given was more than basic and about 30 degrees! The fan was broken and there was mould in the bathroom. No air con. The second room they moved us to was a bit better but on a similar theme no air con so it was roasting and there was mould in the bathroom and paint flaking off the walls. The fan worked this time, but it was very old and loud but we had no option but to sleep with it on as you couldn't open a window and it was so hot it was unbelievable. Yes it was cheap for its location but had I known the premier inn was next door I would certainly have stayed there for the extra £20 it would have cost. Will not stay in an apartment again due to this experience. On the up side, parking was great and only £10 per day.

clean rooms, own space, saved money by being able to cook a few of our own meals, quiet, nice contemporary feel. No way was that a double bed!! Having paid extra for a 'superior double' I was very disappointed with the bed. The room was looking slightly worn and not at all like the pictures on the website.

Clean, modern apartment, quite spacious for the price. And the location is good - around 10 mins (brisk) walk to London Bridge tube. Really stuffy, over-heated, with only a small window opening and no air conditioning. Maybe partly because my room faced the sun but even after sundown it stayed too hot - and this was not height of summer. Could hardly sleep for the heat. Although I had a window away from the street, still got traffic noise from the very busy Tower Bridge Rd nearby. Also - although quite well-equipped and furnished in some ways, there are gaps. Strange light switches that didnt function properly until a service guy came to sort them out. Nice towels, but no bar of soap?!

The room was not cleaned during my stay and the receptionist told me, the cleaning service works only once per week! But after two days I asked for fresh towels with no problem. I booked this room in order to have free wifi, which was in the description. Unfortunatelly, there is no wifi in the whole hotel, I felt cheated. Also I haven't seen anything from the pictures presented on this site, obviously after payment I was accomodated in a second building, not presented in pictures. Room looked much smaller than expected. Next time, elsewhere for sure!

The communication was very good! As we had never stayed here before they were kind enough to give us a free upgrade! Then When we arrived we were kindly upgraded again! The room was amazing everything you needed! Luxury was not the word! Defiantly stay again in the future! The door in the bedroom was very heavy therefore slammed shut very loudly

Disgusting, flea infested cesspool. Nothing worked, the TV, the shower was cold and the room was unclean. They cleverly prevent you from being able to complain to reception because the “help” diverts to a call centre [probably in a different country].

The prce was really good for such location during Christmas holidays. Also there are many facilities to cook and wash if you stay for a long time. The furniture was quite old in our apartment, therefore I will say that in photoes it's appears bettter than in reality.

Location is enough well - near the Tower (center of London), calm area. The bildinges are very nice and style. I very like the room where I lived, it was very ladge flat with all need thinges for well reside Repair in rooms perfect. Often sound from rail way, but they have number which have not this problem because location far from it. Nearest undeground station is enought far from hotel, but this was fine for me.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and the equipment and facilities provided. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful on arrival and departure. We will definitely consider staying at a Think apartment again as the price compares very favourably with that charged for a hotel room and the location could hardly be better. You have two very satisfied customers and we shall be grateful if you will keep us updated on any special offers or promotions in the future.

Think Tower Bridge consists of Different Buildings and our room was a little bit far from the Reception Building but that was not a problem as some reviews mentioned. Our room was really spacious (if you consider that in London rooms are really-really small) and it had its own washing machine, its own cooker and an ironer. The hotel is really close to Tower Bridge and Thames river. The Tube is not that close but its only 10 minutes walk. You can also use buses that can take you =in 20minutes= in the Centre of London. There was no air condition in our room and didn't have any choice if we wanted to feel either cool or warm. There was no cleaning service and we didn't find foam bath. The toilet paper was only for one day, so we had to buy our own!!!!!!!! There was no mini bar and the fridge was empty.

Reception areas are spread about, unbelievably have stairs only on approach to the main reception and therefore had to lift luggage up stairs, then had to go to another recpetion to get key and another one to gain entry to where my room was located. Far too may separate buidlings and walking around streets late and in the dark in London is not something they should expect any guest to have to do. It is also very noisy and badly ventilated. Very disappointing.

It was excellent. I booked a studio apartment but was upgraded to a two bed apartment, which was spacious and comfortable, and a real treat to have a proper kitchen. It's very good value, but a few more toiletries wouldn't go amiss. Other than than, it was excellent.

A well organised company. A central reception, friendly, helpful and informative staff, speedy check in and we were well directed to our apartment. The apartment was very well equipped; I would say attention to detail on cleanliness could be improved. The apartment we stayed in was showing signs of overuse/aging although at the great price we paid for a room and a shower room each I am more than pleased. A definite way to budget for accommodation in an expensive city.

“Lovely modern apartment, good quality fixtures and fittings. Had everything required although didn't need to use dishwasher or washing machine. Appliances such as hob and microwave needed a little figuring out how to use as I couldn't find any instructions, but not a major problem. Apartment was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, slept very well. En suite very nice. Tesco nearby Earls Court tube station about 6-8minutes walk for me.” Julie, Padiham Lancashire |
