Everything was great apartment so comfortable everything we needed and staff were so helpful
That we had to leave!
Decor and location
Appartment not ready on time. Poor maintenance, bathroom sink blocked, got locked in bathroom had to find security didn't feel safe outside apartment as groups around
We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment set behind the main building and it was gorgeous. Great location! Great facilities
The bed was very small
Great Location Fantastic Beds Spacious Appartment Helpful Staff
checkout time could be later
Manager very helpful when requested move to a better apartment Great location Excellent facilities Onsite parking
Quality of 1st apartment
excellent location very clean all comforts included very helpful receptionists
location, quality, friendly staff, value for money
just a small point but only 1 sofa for 2 in a 2 bed roomed apartment
Nice room with all plates, utensils, kettle, toaster and two hot plates. Comfortable bed. Dishwasher (tablets included), big fridge and freezer. Wooden floors, underfloor heating Close to Tower Bridge. (470 yards, 430metres Staff are brilliant.
The Maltings is on the west side of Tower Bridge Road which is about 10m inside the Congestion charge area. (Tower Bridge Road itself is outside the zone), OK if you arrive after 6PM Friday. Leaving on Monday morning heading south seems to be OK. Very effective bread knife but no cutting board. Our room was fine but there seem to be some rooms next to main railway line into London Bridge. I had to phone to find the entrance as there was no sign saying The Maltings and even at the barrier to the carpark I could not be sure that I was at the correct address. The entrance is in Roper Lane.
The appartment it's self was comfortable. Home from home. Excellent location.
The space, the locatIon, the all-you-need facilities, The Kitchen cafe, the view (NYE fireworks!), the free WiFi. Ability to leave luggage before and after stay a massive bonus.
Blinds in bedroom let in way too much light and compromised privacy. Room could have done with a touch of TLC - badly leaking shower door, wardrobe hinges not attached for instance. Late(ish) check-in & early(ish) check out. Another hour either end would be helpful.
Had such a lovely time at the Maltings residence. Felt safe and secure in addition to staying in a large apartment! Loved the cooking facilities on offer.
The bed was quite small but was overall comfortable
Location, space, view, washer/dryer, cooktop, kettle, frig, shower, security.
Poor signage, hard to find entrance
The location and having independence of staying in and preparing meals.
Oven didn't work very well or the hob. Two saucepans would have been useful! Felt the lounge lacked character very spartan but overall enjoyed our stay.
The appartment was lovely with a great view of the Shard.
The walk to london bridge station under arches not good if on your own
The apartment was lovely and had everything that was required for a two day stay
The kitchen work surface was of poor quality and stained There were on going repairs to the railway line outside the window all night long
Spacious apartment. Nice decor.
Too light in bedroom - no curtains to darken. Only wooden venetian blind which did not block out light enough. Only one bedside table and lamp for a double bed Bathroom towel rack never got hot.
Great location Excellent Value for Money Friendly, helpful staff Great accommodation Very strongly recommended
Free WiFi was slow/difficult to pick up
Really nice modern decor, wooden flooring throughout, kitchen facilities were good - ample fridge/freezer, cooker hob, microwave etc, great to be able to park in basement carpark for £10 a day, less than 10 mins walk to tube station, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
Bedroom window opened out onto office corridors so had to keep blinds permanently shut for privacy. Double bed in bedroom on the small size for two people if you're used to a King! Would prefer a bath in the bathroom not just a shower, but it was a nice en suite.
- location - size of space - price
Size of and comfortable accommodation. Helpful staff. Good quiet location
Had difficulty connecting to the wifi. It would also be good to have some washing up liquid provided
noise levels at night from mainline construction work made it impossible to sleep
Very spacious accommodation, very friendly and helpful staff, very safe, Great location for Borough market and Tate gallery etc.
Difficult to find
Great location, Central to everything and close to both tube and overground
room looked nothing like the advertised in the pictures, when I quizzed the staff they were rude and unhelpful. Room wasn't clean with broken glass on the floor and the bathroom would flood. Again the staff really couldn't care less and were completely disinterested. Avoid this place for the money there is a lot more available
Location is great. 10 mins walk from London Bridge Tube and 25 mins walk from St Paul's. Very peaceful. Reception open 24 hours. Warm and comfortable.
Had initial difficulty with Wifi but they sorted that out. Towels were a little thin - but these are minor quibbles. All in all very good indeed.
the room was spacious and clean with a modern kitchen and living area. free wifi and secure entry after hours.
the room I had was facing the main road and the noise was apparent even in the bedroom which was towards the back of the apartment.
