Excellent location. Lovely spacious apartment. Good value for money.
Noisy water pressurisation system in master bedroom. Sink tap did not work in en-suite bathroom and was not fixed despite reporting the problem on the first day. Apartments could do with re-furb as they are looking a bit "tired".
Numbers not very clear on wall to entrance.
A few bits of maintenance required in the kitchen and shower (minor bits and bobs)
The location, the apartment we had, and the view from the balcony. Facilities were clean and well kept throughout.
Noise from other apartment very early in the morning, and office alarm going off early 2nd morning! seemed slow to react to this! (although may not have been the fault of the hotel)
Close to Shad Thames restaurants
Poor decor and heating/lights kept fusing
Quality of accommodation, location and good sized apartment.
Very close to the City but also to bars and restaurants of Bermondsey Street. Modern and clean with good kitchen and bathroom fittings.
Slightly awkward to find and the parking downstairs is very tight if you are in anything bigger than a mini.
location convenient for attractions
kitchen and bathroom tired
Great location. Apartment was really well laid out. Could easily make it your base for a few days
Up lots of stairs which was tiring after walking about London. Apartment had suffered from some roof leaks & bathroom had a bit of a damp smell
Matress was poor
Easy parking, superb apartment & easy access to London attractions
view at night was lovely .nice and quiet location although it was further along tower bridge road than we thought as we are a couple aged 73 and 86 and still managed to walk from tower hill tube station a couple of times in 1 day.would be happy to stay again and have already recommended this residence to our friends
not much.the trim around the shower needed slight attention and a bottle of bleach down the toilet would have been good although toilet mainly clean the back part of the pan had some stains that a bit of bleach would have sorted
2-bedroom apartment with all mod cons & 2 bathrooms. Good kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Extra heating if needed. 2 TVs. Close to bus route RV1. Efficient staff. Co-op store nearby.
Atrium could be noisy with chatty guests arriving late or leaving early. 20 minute walk to nearest Tube station.
The Location, The apartment living space, Parking, We would have no problem booking there again
While the bed was comfortable is was a bit small saying that bed area could not take a larger size
Old vinegar factory turned into modern stylish apartment. 5 minutes walk from Tower Bridge and the fantastic selection of restaurants and bars along the Thames.
blinds didnt keep out the light from central atrium also should change energy wasting halogen lights to LED bulbs
Such a great amount of space, and a great price. Very cute all around, and geared for individuals staying for more than just a night or two.
Finding it the first time was a little tough, as it's a little unusually situated and doesn't have lots of big signs. The wi-fi was a little slow. Those are the only negative qualities, this place was fantastic!
Kitchen was well equipped Parking for £10 was good Overall appearance of premises was good Most of the staff were extremely helpful and efficient
Cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings Small bed Could have done with another small sofa or one larger one in lounge area
location, local restaurants , train stations nearby
Location was excellent, secured grounds with parking for very good value, nice looking flat
Flat is a bit tired and needs some refurbishing. It looks good but has been done up in quite a cheap way, mainly Ikea furbished
Nice location, very good facility, reasonably priced for London
Very noisy during the night
Everything parking was a real bonus
We were pleased with the whole building and the obvious effort to maintain its original character but provide comfortable apartments. The location, while not our first choice, turned out to be far more convenient since it was on bus routes which were exactly what we needed for our theatre bookings and we were able to walk easily to many places locally
The traffic noise from Tower Bridge Road was quite disturbing at first since our apartment was on that side of the building but since the bedroom was on the inside of the complex we were able to avoid most of the disturbance by closing the bedroom door. Surprisingly the trains were very little problem
Location, location, location. Compact but perfectly appointed kitchen.
So very noisy, don't expect to get any sleep. Also despite "air conditioning" it was ridiculously hot and impossible to open windows due to the noise of the road.
Cold shower, staff not wanting to do anything about the cold shower, expensive when you have to have a wash in the sink
