友達4人で3泊4日で泊まりました。部屋もすごくキレイで、近くにショップもありロケーションもよく、なん- と言ってもアパートメントなのでキッチンも使えるし、ホテルにステイするよりもリラックスできました！レセ- プションの方もいい方で、また来たいな！と思えるホテルでした。 ホテル形式ではなかったのでタオルやシーツは取替えなしです。（私たちは３泊だけでしたが、長期で滞在され- る方は聞けば取替えありかもです。確かじゃありませんが。）ごみの処理なども自分たちでしなければいけなか- ったですが、共同のごみ箱がレセプションの前にあるので大丈夫です。 |

広さも充分で快適でした。子供連れだったのですが、他の宿泊客に気を使うこともなく自由に過ごせました。バ- ス停や有名な観光スポット（Tower Bridge）も歩いてすぐという近さで行動もしやすかったです。 電化製品についての基本的な操作説明書があったら良かったと思います。 |

I like the appartments but the staff on reception were a bit hit and miss and we were slightly out of the way as we used taxis alot with being a large group. Also not sure what facilities you are reffering to ? |

Basic accomodation near city center I booked a room that was discounted from 300 pounds to around 80 pounds, in my view the room was not a 300 pound room, rather 100 to 150 pound room. |

I fell comfortable and secure when i was there. The hotel provide a lot of useful facilities include the wifi. The cleanliness seems to be the only weakness of this apartment. It seems that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. In addition, the actual room is a lot less luxury and somewhat smaller than the picture shown in the website. However, it is quite worth comparing to the price. |

The location was to bad it was a good 15-20 min walk to west end and main area however hotel itself was clean and tidy and comfortable i was go back to use this hotel |
