Bra område. Nära till mataffär, buss och tunnelbana. Smal säng. Kallt. Störande trafik. TV:n fungerade dåligt. Klagade i receptionen. De skulle komma om 15 min, men kom aldrig. |

Bra bussförbindelse alldeles utanför hotellet samt affär bredvid. Stämde inte tillfullo med beskrivningen. Ex.vis skulle hårtork finnas varför sådan ej medtogs hemifrån. Fick be om en i receptionen, vilket gjordes dagen efter ankomst men hade ej fått någon 2 dgr senare. Vid avresa beställdes en taxi till Heathrow Airport och fick ett fast pris på 37£ av receptionen. Detta pris blev vid ankomsten till flygplatsen 76 £. Att jämföras med Gbg/Landvetter till bostad i Mölndal, 430 kr fast pris. Att informationen man får är riktig anses av oss mycket viktigt. |

Du hyr en lägenhet och sköter dig själv. Varför dessa bokningar inte kan jämföras med rena hotellövernattningar. Bra läge där hela södra Themsen står till förfogande till fots. Väldigt bra med tvättmaskin för mc-turister bl.a. Luckan till tvättmaskinen borde bytas ut och i stället för 2 microvågar kanske man kunde ansluta 2 spisplattor i stället för den ena micron. |

I fell comfortable and secure when i was there. The hotel provide a lot of useful facilities include the wifi. The cleanliness seems to be the only weakness of this apartment. It seems that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. In addition, the actual room is a lot less luxury and somewhat smaller than the picture shown in the website. However, it is quite worth comparing to the price. |

The location was to bad it was a good 15-20 min walk to west end and main area however hotel itself was clean and tidy and comfortable i was go back to use this hotel |

The two bedroom apartment was a home from home with good local amenities. The rooms were very hot and adjusting the thermostats was not an option. |

location, near tower bridge was excellent. Being a single mum with a young child, the idea of staying in an a apartment rather than a hotel was much more appealing, it was like our home fom home. |

Excellent location very friendly staff,We asked for extra towls and we arrived back in the evening they were outside our door.we intend to go back to the UK after christmas and we will be booking this apt again ,would highly recommend these apts to anybody in the UK |

I thought the apartment we stayed in offered great value for money, was nicely furnished and a suitable walking distance from the tube station and various attractions. Only that some of the furnishing - ie the bed and sink in the bathroom, could do with a bit of tlc - the bed was bent in the middle and felt like it would break and the sink had to be tipped to one side to catch the water. |

Very modern rooms and good location for City. Good service at reception and geenrally rooms clean and tidy. The tv and freeview on it were intermittent and tv is quite old now. In the room I stayed in there were a number of loose fittings, and door handle and sink tap came off in my hand - not very impressive! |

it was clean, well located, good price, and its good to make your self a cup of coffe when you wake up and then sit in the nice furniture and wake up slowly... and relax after a long day in the city it was guite noisy with the traffic, and it was hot in the sleeping room. There was no electrical point in the bathroom |

The whole experience was very easy. It was great to be able to to check in on time and our room be ready. It was also good that the office is open until midnight to accomodate for late arrivals. The check out could be later, 10am is very early for a Sunday morning and ideally would have like 11am or 12noon. |
