The room was clean but the checkin time was 15:00 instead of the usual 14:00

1) The Think Tower is actually several buildings, ours did not look like the rooms on the website. 2) The location is poor, its not close to the tube station. 3) Booking.com made THREE bookings for one stay which meant I had to keep checking in. 4) No Stove, and cooker instruction manual in Polish and French only. 5) Temperature control was confusing (never got it to work). 6) Layout of rooms poor - washing machine next to bed, can hardly reach in to the dishwasher, and high TV resulted in strained neck to watch anything 7) Cannot unload heavy bags at the apartment - zero tolerance on parking and clamping policy in place. These apartments are not for families or anyone actually wanting to live in one. Boxes were surely ticked but the actual experience for residents is poor.

Good location, great value and a nice change from a budget hotel. For the price, this place exceeded our expectations!

The communal areas were in need of some work, with paint coming off walls etc. Not really a big deal though.

Excellent location and cheap parking facilities £10 per day ( spot on) . Perfect sized rooms that gave you freedom and comfort. Stylish and contemporary.Our room had a fresh open feel, very modern and clean, excellent for a business trip or a weekend break. I highly enjoyed my time at think tower bridge and have recommended to all my friends.

Parking is a bit chaotic but it is central London so fair enough

The apartment was in 'move-in' condition in every sense of the word. All the necessary utensils were provided.

Apparently the rooms are only clean once a week if you are a 'long- staing guest'. I stayed for a week. The toilet paper ran out on the third day and I had to buy my own... It would have been good if the room can be clean-up every other day.

The location.

It is my 5th or 7th time at the think apartments. Upon check-in I was given the key in order to go to my apartment. When I got there I found out that it was not the type of apartment that I booked; in addition the toilet was not cleaned, there were towels on the floor and also dirty. Had to go back to reception and I was given the oone bedroom apartment which I booked, unfortunally when I got to the given apartment, there was somebody else inside. Ooopss !!!! Went back to reception, I was given a very rare one bedroom apartment on the top floor. It was not built properly. Very little number of tv channels, no good at all. I was moved the next day. I was given an apartment in a building nearby. Very unconfortable sofa, very poor in terms of furniture. Again very little number of tv channels, bad internet connection. I was I nthe apartment for over a week and they did not changed the towels either bed linen. I am giving Think apartments another chance, as I have just booked again in the Bermondsey Str. Site an open plan apartment, and an American apartment during the weekend. If I experience de same bad time ... then I will find another place for future business trips. Sorry.

The compact living space was excellent for a weekend break, the location was good for us as we wanted to visit attractions around the Thames area.

Stayed previously and returned so ............

Noisy and very light at night. Flat would benefit from curtains.

The staff on reception were very friendly and really helpful. The design of the buildings and the room design I really liked. Kitchen layout great but would have loved an oven rather that microwave. Liked the wooden floors and the bathroom design. Comfort on the sofas. I liked the privacy to be able to come and go freely . The whole experience was based on trust.

The shower head needed attention. The walls lacked artwork! I would be happy to supply and maintain. The bed was really tiny. My girlfriend is 5'10'' a bit of a struggle.

Good value for money. Good location.

The apartments decor was in need of a few touches up.

The location was excellent. The rooms was good - spacious, clean and well appointed. Wouldn't necessary call it luxury.

It seemed a bit disorganised at times. The staff were friendly and welcoming but didn't appear to be fully informed of procedures. I would preferred to be given a paper receipt at some point, presumably on checkout, for the cost of room and parking.
