With superb local food and an 18th century oak bar, The Malvern Hills Hotel is located in the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty. The hotel is close to the Iron Age hill fort, British Camp. The fort is a major landmark 1,115 feet above sea level, and with a superb view from the top. The Malvern Hills Hotel serves well-prepared food using the finest local produce. You can eat in the popular lounge bar, or in either of the 2 charming restaurants. There is even an open-air option, with a spacious terrace. Each room is bright and of a good size, with private bathrooms, satellite flat-screen TV and internet access. The staff were excellent and very friendly and welcoming. We took our dog as it was dog friendly and the hotel seemed good for both dog owners and people without them as they were able to cater for both needs. Excellent location near to the top of the malvern hills. Good for indoor and outdoor dining/drinking. Would highly recommend! The price was relatively high but on the whole I would say it was worth it and I would pay it again for a one night stay.

I've come here many times and it is a pleasure. Great location and the staff are warm, courteous as well as efficient. The rooms are spick and span and tasteful - the food heaven. Nothing I don't like about this marvellous hotel

Relaxed and friendly staff, and efficient. Our room was comfortable with great views and right on Malvern Hills for walking our dog. Dinner was excellent and good choice for breakfast. Nothing!

location was beautiful. Room very clean, bathroom great, everything we needed. Very peaceful Loved that we could ask for fresh milk to make tea in our room. Good choice for breakfast. As vegetarians we felt well catered for may be useful to offer bar snacks for people who don't wish to have full evening meal. I think just garlic bread,sandwiches, fruit maybe would be great.

The room was excellent, spacious, comfortable and sparkling clean. Lovely bathroom as well with bath and shower cubicle. The food was first class, plenty of choice and good value for money.

Basically everything, the food was great, good ambience with outstanding service from everyone. Everywhere was clean, well done to all the staff. Beautiful outlook. Would have liked a bigger bed as we age our body does not move so well.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel is greatly improved with it's developments since my last visit. As it was hot we had the window open but there was an awful noise which sounded like a compressor outside the window/on that side of the hotel. Had slight disturbed sleep when it came on

Location is excellent, our room was average with usual bits and bobs. Staff are friendly. Good range of ales. All in all a bit dissapointed. Breakfast was a shambles! Very poor service, waited over half an hour for a poached egg, coffee came even later. Room was average and food very pricey. General lack of customer awareness.

Staff and proprietor very friendly and helpful. Room excellent, restaurant very good. A residents lounge would be a good idea as after eating we really didn't have any option other than to go to our room.
