With superb local food and an 18th century oak bar, The Malvern Hills Hotel is located in the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty. The hotel is close to the Iron Age hill fort, British Camp. The fort is a major landmark located 1115 feet (340 metres) above sea level, and with a superb view from the top. The Malvern Hills Hotel serves well-prepared food using the finest local produce. You can eat in the popular lounge bar, or in either of the 2 charming restaurants. There is even an al fresco option, with a spacious terrace. Each room is bright and of a good size, with en suite facilities, satellite flat-screen TV and internet access. Basically everything, the food was great, good ambience with outstanding service from everyone. Everywhere was clean, well done to all the staff. Beautiful outlook. Would have liked a bigger bed as we age our body does not move so well.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel is greatly improved with it's developments since my last visit. As it was hot we had the window open but there was an awful noise which sounded like a compressor outside the window/on that side of the hotel. Had slight disturbed sleep when it came on

All staff very friendly and helpfull. Our room was really nice and we had a very big bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the food served in the bar and restaurant was excellent. Nothing!

Location is excellent, our room was average with usual bits and bobs. Staff are friendly. Good range of ales. All in all a bit dissapointed. Breakfast was a shambles! Very poor service, waited over half an hour for a poached egg, coffee came even later. Room was average and food very pricey. General lack of customer awareness.

Staff and proprietor very friendly and helpful. Room excellent, restaurant very good. A residents lounge would be a good idea as after eating we really didn't have any option other than to go to our room.

We have stayed in this hotel three times over the past few years and the standard is consistently high. The staff and owners are friendly and welcoming, the rooms and lounge areas are clean and very comfortable. The food is excellent. We love this hotel and the Malvern hills area and look forward to returning. Not applicable.

Friendly staff, genuinely interested in guests and providing a good service. Food was excellent both in the evening and breakfast. Hotel was decorated throughout to a tasteful and high standard. We booked a deluxe double room which was spacious, clean, maintained to a high standard with excellent furnishing including a four poster bed. Being an experienced traveller both within the UK and overseas and I can't praise the hotel enough. Fabolous and keep up the high standards. Nothing at all.

The location was ideal and it was very quiet during the night. We were a party of three and accepted the fact that there was no discount for a single occupancy room as the cleaning work was the same but three people had breakfast and we had to pay for four.
