The Malvern Hills Hotel  

Basically everything, the food was great, good ambience with outstanding service from everyone. Everywhere was clean, well done to all the staff. Beautiful outlook.

Would have liked a bigger bed as we age our body does not move so well.

hotel is just excellent in all things it is a quality hotel if i am back in malvern i would love to stay there again clarks room 110 great food great portions-----------

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel is greatly improved with it's developments since my last visit.

As it was hot we had the window open but there was an awful noise which sounded like a compressor outside the window/on that side of the hotel. Had slight disturbed sleep when it came on

All staff very friendly and helpfull. Our room was really nice and we had a very big bathroom. The breakfast was very good and the food served in the bar and restaurant was excellent.

Location is excellent, our room was average with usual bits and bobs. Staff are friendly. Good range of ales.

All in all a bit dissapointed. Breakfast was a shambles! Very poor service, waited over half an hour for a poached egg, coffee came even later. Room was average and food very pricey. General lack of customer awareness.

A residents lounge would be a good idea as after eating we really didn't have any option other than to go to our room.

The staff were exceptionally friendly & really helped to make this a relaxing break. They have a good sense of humour &work very well as a team. Unusual to find at the moment!

The view from our room was disappointing, overlooking the conservatory roof but didn't spoil our stay.

Friendly restaurant staff and very good food. Room comfortable and clean .The views from the hotel are stunning on a clear day .

We have stayed in this hotel three times over the past few years and the standard is consistently high. The staff and owners are friendly and welcoming, the rooms and lounge areas are clean and very comfortable. The food is excellent. We love this hotel and the Malvern hills area and look forward to returning.

Friendly staff, genuinely interested in guests and providing a good service. Food was excellent both in the evening and breakfast. Hotel was decorated throughout to a tasteful and high standard. We booked a deluxe double room which was spacious, clean, maintained to a high standard with excellent furnishing including a four poster bed. Being an experienced traveller both within the UK and overseas and I can't praise the hotel enough. Fabolous and keep up the high standards.

The location was ideal and it was very quiet during the night.

We were a party of three and accepted the fact that there was no discount for a single occupancy room as the cleaning work was the same but three people had breakfast and we had to pay for four.

Excellent all round experience. Very clean room and fantastic food. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
