General staff atmosphere and help was good. Breakfast ok.
Areas a bit too small for us. Average sizes ok for most. Bit tricky to find for strangers.
Very friendly staff, your made to feel instantly welcome. Spotlessly clean. Great shower and comfy beds. Excellent value for money Would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast is OK but basic and more on the continental line such as cereals, juice, but no Full English which was a shame.
David, the on site manager was excellent. He met us in the car park, helped carry our bags up the stairs and he really made our two night stay a pleasure. Although some parts of the rooms need refreshing (carpets, paint), the hospitality from David was exceptional and we would return for that reason.
no shared bathroom facilities. The person on reception was really friendly and helpful.
breakfast options were strange!
good staff, clean rooms
Attic room was hot, no fridge, Skylight had no cover, breakfast...
We had an overnight stay and the Malvern was a convenient place to stay near to our destination. Hotel is clean, comfortable and the continental breakfast quite adequate. Looked after by David - a very pleasant and helpful person.
Nothing to dislike although it was a very hot night..
Off street parking. Good guide to local pubs in the room. Helpful staff. Good wifi. Good sized rooms.
Lumpy bed. Tiny TV. Average breakfast.
It's Position was good, in a quiet location with an easy run into town and a couple of minutes from the motorway. The room was a good size, modern and very clean, and all the necessary things for a nights stay included. The beds were also comfortable. It was run by one person, who was very friendly and obliging.
Though advertised as a continental breakfast, there was only orange juice offered and not enough variety of cereals.
location, friendly staff
Being made to feel at ease by the staff whom were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this bed&breakfast to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work.
Nothing everything was spot on thankyou.
David who was running the house. A charming and helpful young man.
Basic standard of furnishings and basic quality of breakfast. Everything seemed to be done on the cheap.
Broken shower head Not a nice breakfast
Clean, excellent bed, staff very assistive, very pleasant place to stay.
Terrific personnel Cleanliness of the room
Comfort is basic, but good value for money
Very friendly greeting & good service
Uncomfortable bed Thin walls Staff not on site upon arrival Kept awake by creaking stairs and other noise Dated interior, including rusty mirror in bathroom. Photos online poor representation of reality

The distance from the train station
Staff was amazing
Everything smelt of beer. Everything needs a good clean. And the smell of beer must be taken out. Otherwise good hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Bathroom was very small and cramped even for a single room.
A lovely big clean room with a comfy bed and spotless en suite. Staff extremely helpful.
Proximity to a busy road with ensuing traffic noise.
The hotel is run by a wonderful czech lad who cannot do enough to help, and the fact he seemed to run the hotel all by himself wes commendable.
very friendly staff
breakfast run down house
Very good welcome and excellent service during our stay.
Staffing level is in-addequate for the number of rooms. Some soft furnishings in need of replacement.
Courteous staff and location
Liked everything no complaints
