Housekeeper was very welcoming and efficient even made a point of welcoming the dog. Everything was very clean and well organised. Breakfast was fantastic - never knew a continental breakfast could have so many choices - well done. Would use Malvern House again and would be happy to recommend it to family and friends.

Upon arrival I was welcomed by Nav the owner. The Hotel is very well kept the rooms very clean and comfortable beds, nice shower as well and the staff the ladies were so sweet and welcoming. The service for this Hotel was much more than i had expected, the breakfast choice and quality were great :-) I felt safe as well travelling for BUsiness and being a woman on her own, parking was available will definately stay there again if I need to be in the neighbourhood for work. Thanks, Laura

It was clean, warm and confortable and ideally situated for my business trip to High Wycombe. The curtains were coming off the track in the bedroom but as I was up before the light it did not really have a detrimental effect on my stay.

Suited out purpose, well located for visiting family in High Wycombe. Prepared to accept and welcome well behaved dog by providing ground floor room with access to small garden area. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice brought to the room at agreed time. Everything was very clean. Flora was as usual very helpful and polite during our stay. Would recommend Malvern House to family and friends.

Malvern House was immaculate. Furnishings were pleasant but not luxurious . The housekeeper , Flora, was a lovely lady and clearly wanted to make the stay as pleasant as possible . Far better option than many hotel chains I have stayed with. Pricing very reasonable. Highly recommended. I will definitely return. Maybe closures on some room doors could be adjusted as doors slammed hard when a few guests returned late. Not a major issue. Other than that very small issue no negatives at all.

I was a little anxious about this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but I found it to be really quite lovely. I had a top floor room which was impeccably clean and fresh with a basic but fundamentally modern decor. Flora the housekeeper was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient, breakfast was plentiful (I didn't mind choosing the evening before) and there were plenty of places to eat for evening meals. The skylight window in my room didn't close, which meant there was a bit of traffic noise.

More of a b&B. Clean cheap diy environment. Small cramped but have made effort with fittings and fixtures. Basic but solid breakfast offering. Could not access the "free" WiFi. Drains smell during my stay. Cramped.

Simple, no-fuss accommodation. Not luxurious but just good value-for- money. Not clear from website that breakfast can be taken in the breakfast room rather than in your room.

A friendly small hotel with well appointed stylish rooms The only downside is if you like the windows open in your bedroom there is quite loud traffic noise from the nearby main road. This was audible till the small hours on the Saturday night.

Confortable bed. I asked for just fruit and yougart for breakfast and I saw 3 shrivled up apples. I asked for instant coffee and received a pot of cold coffee. Ithen asked the housekeeper for some fresh coffee one cup of boling water and one teaspoonful of instant coffee was a reasonable request I finally got it. Crossants were a bit on the small size to say the least which my husband asked for.
