Staff, rooms, patio area
good only for the location (tottenham)
Unpleasant staff: they did not answer our questions and requests. Overrated b&b, good only for the location. Not recommended
Le confort, l'emplacement. La propreté. I loved the confort; location,
The staff is not friendly at all.
Clean and the price is right for London. There is a kitchen and backyard that you can share with the other guests. There is free WiFi.
Small rooms for 3 people. Bathroom is shared with 4 other rooms. The location is quite far from downtown, but it is good if you travel from or to Stansted Airport. Staff is not at the premises all the time, you need to call in advance.
The staff made me welcome, it was clean and I slept well.
Room a bit small, having to share bathroom, but this is to be expected within the price level.
All was good. Staff is so kind. Clean rooms.
The last night and morning was too noisy. There was kids running and playing in the stairs. The fire alarm is so sansitive and ringing every single morning. Fire alarm is really annoying.
Staff is great and the place is new and fully equiped, the price was good and it is not far from the subway and train station.
The single room is extremely small, barelly could walk inside, the bed is too soft looks like its a cheap matress, all new, but not confortable for 90 kg person. The neighborhood is a little bit dangerous, not exactly a place where you feel good and safe on the streets. And the place is far from the city centre and atractions, if you like to be out until late at night, is not the best option.
The rooms and the property itself were clean, modern, and well looked after. Aircon was a welcome feature.
Not a criticism on the place as a whole, but my room was right by the kitchen. There was no door to close off the kitchen, therefore when a woman got up and started chopping carrots at 8am i heard everything! Was also a bit perturbed when the cleaner entered the room before checkout without knocking and I was semi naked!
Rooms are comfortable
The location was in a sketchy area of town and even during the daylight felt unsafe and a big target lugging my suit case around town. The bathrooms smelled like mildew and both showers were backed up. It wasn't a place I wanted to stay for the remainder of my time in London.
A friendly welcome, clean and modern accommodation, quiet area.
A bit of a walk to the nearest tube.
Good facilities and good value for money. Clean, comfortable and stylish. Handy for centre of London.
The area was a bit run down, but it wasn't a problem.
Handy location for the stansted express.
The bed was so uncomfortable as you could feel the springs in the mattress and it squeaked every time you rolled over.
Clean and reasonable
Sharing a bathroom
Very good price for London. Clean, nice place. I will be back for sure.
Unfortunately there is no bathroom in every room. Location is not very good.
the staffs are very nice; the hotel is always clean, with a beautiful garden. Even though we have to share bathrooms with other customers, they are very well maintained.
no breakfast included; the neighborhood is rough. I don't feel safe walking along even before sunset. The way to and from the hotel to the metro station is fine, even though I was accosted on the street. The environment got rough going west from the hotel.
Hotel is very clean and tidy , everything left was good but to compare with The Roseberry Hotel is more comfortable than Malvern Road hotel.
The bed make noise because it was a iron bed is too much noise and smaller bed for two people for to sleeping ,The Malvern Road Hotel must to change the irons. Beds with the woods beds and bigger for two adults people.
Modern decor, lovely outside space, friendly staff.
Doors slamming woke me up a few times.
The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate and the staff happy to help, highly recommended
Very nice and helpful staff, clean and fully equipped room, good location. Probably the best deal you can get in London for such a decent price!
Staff was very helpful
100% of first night charge during booking
Wonderful service by Maggie assisting with my arrival after a long journey, exceptional friendly welcome. My room and all other amenities obviously maintained to high standards, very nice indeed. Checking out easy & quick! Definitely returning here!
What's not to like? Nothing!
Was clean and modern. Good facilities, friendly helpful staff
It felt a bit odd to be walking into someone's house as a hotel
The kitchen, garden were great. Surprised to have 2 double beds for a room for 2
- Good interior, everything you expect is in place and works properly - Friendly management - the patio in the back - quiet, which was a plus for me
- Please be more friendly and open to the neighbours, who are very decent and nice people but don't seem to know you. - Please hang a phone number on the front door (!) - Future customers, be prepared that you have to call 1 hour in advance (this is not a negative, it should just be written even more clearly :)) - Only real negative: that the cleaning lady just opened my door and entered my room (!) long before checkout time, no apologizing. She also started cleaning the bathrooms while it was rush hour for the 2 families and me. A nice stay ended in a bit of hurry and flurry. Not very practical, but I decided she must have had a bad day or smth and leave it at that. But it is UNacceptable to open a guest's door with a key while asleep, really!!
Nice Room WLAN 10 min walk to Underground and Stansted-Express
Neighbourhood: Keep your children inside when it's dark!
