I really enjoyed all of my stay at this Inn. I was traveling to paint pictures and found many picturesque spots within walking distance. The meals were wonderful and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating.

Barry always took the time to ask what our plans were and to make suggestions (including a fantastic lunch spot). Breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal, backing right onto Cleeve Common - we would have missed out on the beautiful view if it hadn't been so convenient to go for quick walk.

From the moment of our arrival we were made welcome!! We were given a pot of tea with scrummy flapjacks. The owners parents who were looking after the hotel for the weekend were delightful and very helpful in telling us about the area and recommended places to eat and visit. Excellent location and very clean accommodation. Our room led straight into the garden and then onto the Cotswold Way which was beautiful. We are planning to return for the half term week as we couldn't fault anything.

The staff were very helpful. My mum has problems with her knees and couldn't get in and out of a bath so it was no problem to change her to a room with a walk in shower.

The stairs were a problem for my mum. She managed them but there was a lot of stairs. But the staff were very nice and helpful

Ideal base for the whole area. Warm welcome from Leanna on arrival and offered a wide choice at breakfast. Which was served most ably by Barry, with assistance from Hugo, their delightful boy. Did not partake in the evening meals because of personal choice, but the menu did look delicious, although you have to preorder, giving 48 hours notice.

For anyone with walking disabilities such as my wife be advised that there are 22 steep steps up to the front door, and of course a further internal stairway to the bedrooms. However, Leanna did come out to meet us and offer to carry our baggage. But, you do get a wonderful view, especially of the sunset.

Wonderful location, spotlessly clean and comfortable - not even a problem to arrive later than planned - made to feel very welcome

Would have liked a later breakfast slot - not used to being up and about on a Saturday morning between 8 and 9 - but that's just us!!!

Stunning location, lovely hosts who made you feel so welcome. We also had dinner at Malvern View (you can pre book, not a walk in restaurant) and the food was fantastic. Breakfast was good.

Place could do with a little TLC for the price charged so only gripe is value for money is only fair not good, compared to other places in the Cotswolds we've stayed at.

Great location with common at rear of property where we could walk.

Had to manage steps both from car park to the property, and also more steps inside to our room. A bit difficult if you have heavy luggage, though Barry and his dad did carry most of the luggage up for us. Thanks Barry.

Room was fantastic, bed/pillow/sheets very comfortable, clean/new carpet, etc. Bathroom was the best, extremely spacious with large bath in the middle and large shower unit in the corner.

Breakfast was good and with good options, but fresh orange juice was only served once, in small glasses. There should be refills and also some other menu combinations like having fruit AND salmon for example.
