The Malvern  

Wonderful little hotel. Great facilities, fantastic food. Reasonably priced. Staff all so helpful efficient and very friendly. Will return in the near future

The dinner menu needed some more 'ordinary' items and the restaraunt and bar have no atmosphere - very sterile

The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The pool is wonderful - you can stay inside or venture through a 'door' to the outside area of the pool. The water is warm - like a bath. In the evening the lights come on inside the pool and around the edge, the steam floats of the surface of the pool and it's magical. The treatment my husband and I had was excellent. It was all very good value for money. This is the second time we have been and we can't wait to return again. Once you get inside the building it is an oasis of tranquility.

There's nothing that spring to mind really. The location isn't the best but you forget that once you're inside.

Reminder that missing towel will be charged - towels do not even have spa logo so why do the spa think it is worth taking as souvenir

We stayed over night and the room was clean and had tea and coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable. It is the staff though that made the stay for us,both the front of house and those giving the treatments. I cannot recommend the Malvern highly enough. The staff are bright, cheerful and extremely helpfully. In particular the front desk staff who went above and beyond. The Malvern has ensured that my first spa experience won't be my last. Thank you.

I really can't fault the hotel or the staff. The only thing I would say is that £25 extra to use the spa on the day of leaving is a little excessive and should be included in the room fee.

Position. On a buisness trading estate.

Although on business we were able to try the spa which was fantastic and they restaurant was also excellent both in the way of food and service. All staff were helpful.

Having stayed in many hotels, the beds weren't particularly comfortable, maybe not just to my taste though.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff very friendly.A good hotel for just chilling out and relaxing.

As this was our first visit it was strange at first to walk into the hotel and see people walking around in their dressing gowns and sitting in the bar and lounge areas, but we soon got into the swing of things when we shown around by the staff and they explained about the hotel.We were disappointed with our bathroom where we had, what can only be described as a disabled bathroom. When we queired this with the staff they thought that we had requested these rooms. Otherwise a most pleasant stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The spa has great atmosphere and the spa treatments were very good.

A very pleasant surprise. Offered everything and more above expectation. Proof of pudding is that we have booked a return visit in March.

Not any dislikes other than steam room was not working properly.

Comfortable room, lovely view of Great Malvern. Good breakfast and dinner. Frequent visitor here as nice to have relaxing spa after a good walk on the hills.

On this occasion a few areas of the hydropool not working properly which was a disappointment. Understand that this should be rectified soon.
