The staff were excellent, the food too. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the cuisine, the presentation was excellent. My only criticism is that we booked a suite which to me suggests a separate seating area however this was incorporated into one of the bedrooms. The room was advertised for up to 4 adults but there were only two chairs. |

The room was clean and roomy for the 4 of us, liked the fact that children had separate area. The staff was friendly. Decor is a bit old fashioned. Enjoyed the dinner but not so much the breakfast. Requested a non smoking room but was given a smoking room, however could not smell cold ash in the room. |

Lovely setting. This hotel would have been fantastic if we had had hot water in our room. We were told by Manager sorry but if you want hot water their are buckets which we could fill up from boiler!!! |

The spectacular setting, the delightful and fascinating building, the spacious comfortable rooms, and most of all the absolutely delightful, considerate and helpful staff. Also they are very nice to dogs! As vegetarians the dinner menu was a bit limited, but this won't put us off from returning. |

satff worke dhard to put things right that were wrong Room had not been servicid, so changed x2. No hot water in the monring. Due to late sorting out of room I was too late for a snack despite being 9pm and the brochere saying that you could eat until 9.30pm. |

the staff were very friendly and helpful. most of the services provided were good,( but see below.) the hotel was comfortable and I slept well. there was a delay in booking in.(they had a huge party - over 100 people- so were stretched). there was no hot water the 2nd morning. Apart from the water issue I have no real complaints |

Good quite location, but easily accesable, and close to main attractions. Good size room, and comfortable bed. Hot water was a little random, lovely big jacuzzi bath, but it took almost 45 mins to fill, hard work after a trip up Snowdon. |

The hotel appeared to be run on a skeleton staff. We had to be in by 12.30am due to no night key provision. The room was dated and tired. The breakfast was ok. Overall not impressed and overpriced. The location has the potential to be outstanding as is the only thing going for this rather sad offering of a hotel. |
