Premier Inn Manchester Airport  

Design thgroughout the hotel and of the room is excellent - very attractive and very high quality of all aspects of accommodation. Early breakfast facility ideal.

Booking was made on the basis of shuttle service between airport and hotel. Great confusion and inconvenience caused by this having been discontinued, with no notice or information about this change. No consideration by the hotel for those affected by this - very bad hotel failure, and now £12 shuttle cost for 1 person alone.

Good value for money very clean .

We arrived 8hours before check in but were able to check in right away on arrival the receptionist Scott was very helpful even when we went to the room he rang to ask if the room was ok and to ask if we needed anything all the staff were so nice the premier inn manchester was one of the nicest and cleanest I have ever satyed in ive stayed in 3* & 4* hotels that werent this clean and comfortable and the food was lovely and very reasonable I would stay here and would reccommend it to anyone

The staff very nice very helpful place spotless & comfortable great location expected to hear planes taking off and landing but didn,t the food was lovely and also reasonably priced all round great place to stay

This hotel had the most comfortable mattress that I slept on during my time in the uk. It is a shame that it was the last night of my trip. The room was spotless and the shower facilities were also the best I had during my trip.

If you choose to pre-pay the evening meal with your room, understand that you must make a reservation with the restaurant to seat (even with open tables), and then you will slowly be brought your meal over the course of 1.5 hours. The food is acceptable (the breakfast is excellent), there seems to be plenty of waitstaff, but this restaurant needs new management to allow it to feed the number of people that it should.

The layout of room; lighting, wash basin not in bathroom; inconvenient, but not a disaster

Great location 10 mins from Terminals, easy to find, nice staff, comfy room, will definitely use again

I thought £5 to park was a bit much, but I suppose they need to stop people leaving their car there while on holiday. Also thought having the sink in the room, rather than in the bathroom, was a bit strange. Wouldn't stop me using it again, however.

Noise

The Staff, location, clenliness, and restraunt to sum up very good value for the money

No room service, chewing gum on floor buy front door and no cover for smoking

We chose Premier Inn Manchester Airport for its location as we were flying out the next morning early to join a cruise in the Caribbean. We had a very comfortable stay and a lovely meal in the restaurant.

Airport shuttle is run by an independent company, only runs for a few hours during the morning, and costs extra. Since this is an "Airport" inn, shouldn't the airport shuttle be a standard, included service?
