My stay was perfect. The staff are always on hand, prepared to help and very friendly. The hotel itself was very clean and the food prices were reasonable. I would definitly stay again. |

I thought this Hotel was great value for money, the rooms were clean and comfortable, stayed here with my fiancé for two nights and it was quiet and cosy, would definetly recommend this for families as well&the breakfast was lovely there. the only thing that i did not like about this hotel was that it wasnt close enough to the city centre&shops, we had to get a taxi to the city centre which was quiet expensive and back again that evening, I would have preferred to be closer to the shopping malls there. |

Notices to remind guests to be quiet are a very good idea - I haven't seen them in other hotels! Excellent soundproofing - great for an airport hotel. I would prefer to have the washbasin in the bathroom rather than in the bedroom. |

Clean and comfortable bedroom with plenty of space. A good quick breakfast in the morning I was surprised and disappointed to find that I had to pay an extra £5 to park my car at the hotel |

The staff were friendly, rooms were very clean and well designed and the hotel was very good value for money. The food could have been better - tasted as if it had come straight from the microwave. |

Large, clean room with two comfortable double beds. Very tasty all you can eat cooked breakfast buffet. Thermostat controlled power shower. Kettle was missing from room but courteous staff rapidly replaced it. Perfect for an early flight or late arrival at Manchester Airport. Very good for a 3 star hotel. Lack of a bath (shower only) could irk some people. Parking should really be free when staying at the hotel (they charge £5). |

Clean, modern, good room-size, convenience and comfort of bar and spacious restaurant, shuttle buses to airport terminals every 15 minutes Unfortunately our room was noisy throughout the night from the traffic on the motorway beside which it is located. I slept only about 4 hours, with frequent wakening. To be fair, the hotel staff did mention a guarantee of a good nights sleep when we checked in - else money back, but we did not claim it. Next time will try a hotel a bit further from the motorway. Maybe we will try the Holiday Inn that the shuttle bus also stopped at. |

Good vaslue for money, clean and tidy, good food. Staff very helpful. Proximity to an adjacent Premier lodge caused some confusion i.e we went to the wrong hotel initially. The shuttle bus to the airport stops at the adjacent hotel - normally this would be o.k as it is just a short distance away but on the morning we left we had 3 cases and it was pouring with rain! Fortunately the bus driver saw our demise and stopped to let us on as we ran accross the car park. |

An excellent location for an overnight stay prior to a very early start from Manchester airport. Limited sitting space in the restaurant for dinner causing an unacceptable delay after a long train journey. (We did have a bar snack in lieu, so did not go hungry!) No facilities for breakfast prior to an 0430 shuttle bus departure - especially knowing that breakfast on the aircraft would probably be around 1000! |

Very nice hotel. Comfortable and well maintained. However, The fact that the sink is in the same room as the beds and not in the shower/toilet room is unfortunately the kiss of death for us. We won't stay here again for that reason. Sinks should be in the bathroom not the bedroom washing etc is a private activity and any hotel with a sink in the bedroom is a no go for us. Shame as the rest of the hotel is very good. |

The decor was pleasant and relaxing . The desk/reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere . No porters were present to asist with my luggage , a young lady from reception had to help and there were no luggage carts for us to use. |

New hotel, modern design of my room, very reasonable price. I had business to do in Manchester, but my plane arrived late in the evening before the day of the meeting and departed early in the morning the next day after meeting ended. I was purpously looking for a hotel for reasonable price near the airport to avoid traveling at night hours at the arrival and departure and to comute for the meetings near Picadilly during the day by train instead. Thanks to perfect public transport existing between hotel, airport train station and the city centre all worked out very well and saved me also money. |
