Design thgroughout the hotel and of the room is excellent - very attractive and very high quality of all aspects of accommodation. Early breakfast facility ideal. Booking was made on the basis of shuttle service between airport and hotel. Great confusion and inconvenience caused by this having been discontinued, with no notice or information about this change. No consideration by the hotel for those affected by this - very bad hotel failure, and now £12 shuttle cost for 1 person alone.

The kindness of the staff stands out...but of course the comfiness of the beds, please tell me were you get those "pillows", I have a bad neck, and they're perfect for it, Lol..The rooms are so relaxxing.. Love it there :)

Were welcomed in good way, everything explained well. We enjoyed a cooked meal which was excellent and good value. Comfortable room although warm. Cost to park!!! Why does britannia say the charge is £5.00 to stay?

Reception staff were welcoming, rooms had everything that is expected, nice shower. Very noisy (mechanical noise) throughout the night, didn't offer much more than any other hotel closer to airport

It offers all you need for a overnight stay if you have an early morning flight, no need to take soap or shower gel, it's in the room, good food in the restaraunt, good service, easy check in, £6.00 in a taxi to or from terminal 2, the hotel bus is £3.00 each so if there is more than 2 of you, you may has well have a taxi. Everything was fine normal Premier Inn standard

When I first booked the holiday for one night after a late flight, I thought I could just park there for the week we were away. It said booking not necessary but wasnt clear that we couldnt stay there for the duration of the stay as only 4 nights was permitted. Made the start of our holiday a bit hectic - got off to a bad start. Also the night we did stay, service was slow waiting for a waitress to take our order and a couple who came in after us got drinks before us. Had to wait about ten minutes just for a drink after we had been shown to our table.

The only problem as far as I am concerned is it is not indicated on entering Manchester Aieport. We went round in circles trying to find it. Also it isnt within walking distance with luggage. So you have to to take a taxi there and back, which is 12 pounds.

We chose this hotel because we had a morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport, at a reasonable price. The room was comfortable, quiet and convenient. No towel bar next to sink. Very small bathroom.

Often stay at Premier Inns. Always good. Standards are excellent. Roome, beds, food just brilliant. This Inn is ideal start to a holiday. A few minutes from the airport makes it a really good place to stay. The meal deal is excellent value for money.

Staff as friendly and helpful as they were 44 days earlier when we arrived at the airport. This time, slight tinge of sadness as it was thlast night of our uk holiday. As for all 8 Premier Inns we stayed in - lack of fridges and toilet brushes!!
