Staff very friendly. Key card to room didn't work and I had to go down to change it twice. Bar area very noisy with too many children for my liking so I stayed in my room.

Near the airport, comfortable, nice size room. Paying for wifi, especially as didn't need it for 24 hours, a 12 hour rate would be good.

I thought my ensuite room was excellent. It was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and all the basic amenities, such as tea/coffee and TV were there. The shower was hot and easy to use. It was a good location for a necessary overnight stop with an early flight the next morning. The coffee table I sat at for a drink and a light supper had not been cleared and the carpet and seating in the bar was in need of some reburbishment. My room was close to the lift, so it was noisy and the people above me and around me made a lot of noise. Please ask guests to be courteous and think of others.

Standard Premier Inn rooms- you know what you are going to get. After a long day of travelling I ordered food at the bar (@ 22:50- 10 mins before last food orders). After 40mins of waiting I went to the bar to ask where food was- I was told there a communication failure and that my food had not been prepared. Not willing to wait any longer I asked for a refund and went to bed. Through the course of my time in the bar I heard several other costumers complaining about the food/ service. Plus the hotel is £8.50 taxi ride away from the airport (I landed at 22:00- and saw no evidence of a shuttle bus).

Modern, clean and comfortable. No noise from airport even with window open. Cooked breakfast buffet included in the price which was very reasonable for a family of four. Taxi only 6 pounds to airport.

The prices in the restaurant were aimed at adaptive audience. They were very expensive. We will not stay there again because of this.
