Staff were not helpful at all. The hotel is advertised as being near the hotel but it isn't. Parking is meant to be free but you are charged. Facilities are poor for a Premier Inn. The vending machine didn't work and the staff wasn't interested at all, we arrived at the hotel at 2am after flying back from holiday. All in all a very very horrible experience. Only saving grace is the fact previous Premier Inn's we have used have been perfect so hopefully this is a one off

Nice clean hotel, polite staff,good room size, close to the airport.

On suite sink is in bedroom not bathroom, you have to pay for your overnight parking, check in took some time due to ques, was very unwell through the night being violently sick, I felt fine before evening meal.not that easy to find.

Staff were excellent. Friendly and professional. I was surprised that it was every member of staff from reception , bar , restaurant and management. Food and drink were excellent value for money.

Did not realise when booking that room was for disabled. Also was given double bed which was for 2 adults (not married couple) and was not given choice of twin room on booking application.

everything was as described. Reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and all service was excellent. Room spotlessly clean, good linen. Food was very good quality and value.

lounge furniture in reception/bar area was very worn and shabby.

Size of room and beds were what you would find in the U.S. This was not the case in the other Premier Inn we stayed in. Service in the dining room was like going to a 5 Star restaurant. Staff bent over backwards to assist you and very friendly.

Paying for parking, but that is expected at an airport hotel.

The cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately it looked like there were some remains of excriment on the floor and toilet seat.

We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant and the food package - a great deal for a family one night stay prior to our flight out. The food was of a good standard too. I would recommend the locatiojn too, very convenient to the airport.

I found our room noisy (ajoined to the lift) the beds were not comfortable (sorry, not as Lenny Henry guarantees!) and there was blueberries under the dresing table form the previous occupants (hopefully not any more previous to our stay).

Room was large with plenty space looked stylish and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good nights sleep was indeed guaranteed!

More tea/sugar facilities, only had enough for one cup each.

We had a real party crowd on our floor. It was to the point that Police had to come. The hotel did refund our money for the room.

There are two Premier Inns 100 meters apart and there is confusion about which one has your reservation.
