era un hotel muy acogedor, las habitaciones muy bonitas y estaba muy limpio

la situación, aunque lo cogimos por su proximidad al aeropuerto, si quieres ir a otro lado, como visitar la ciudad o algo, solo cabe la posibilidad de coger un taxi con el dinero que eso conlleva ya que esta muy mal comunicado con autobuses etc...

It was so convienant for manchester airport. Also parking for disabled people was perfect.

The only fault i found was the room i had, backed onto the motorway and the noise all night was terrible, i got little sleep.

The hotel was perfect formy needs which were to stay overnight before taking a flight from Manchester airport.The rooms were modern and comfortable,very clean and excellent value for money. The breakfast was also of a very high quality.

Difficult to reach the hotel by phone - I had been instructed to get a number 7 bus from the airport but after waiting 30 minutes I tried to call the hotel to see if they knew how often they run. The courtesy phone at the airport did not connect to the hotel when I dialled the number supplied. When I called the hotel's number directly from my mobile, I got through to an automated system, and no-one answered on most of the selections. The only option that got a respose (after having to dial several times to try different options) was the restaurant. When I finally got through here, the staff were helpful but it should be easier.

Value for Money. no doubt about that, clean and nice facilities.

the shuttle service. ive stayed in other hotels in or near the airport and they all had private shuttles which generally came every 10 to 15 minutes and dropped you to the airport. our flight was 8am and we got up at 6.15. we were told shuttles came every 15 minutes and assumed that we would get one at 6.40 and be at the airport at 6.45. no shuttle came until 7.05 & then we were told that it was a 25 minute shuttle and we were charged 8 pounds for 2 of us. we almost missed out flight, and got to the airport 40 minutes later than planned. in all fairness, the driver drove fast and did his bit to skip 1 hotel, checking on the radio if he needed to call, so thanks to him, we made our flight.hotel staff never told us, we could have got a taxi.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very nice and ideal if you have an early flight or arrive late for a god nights sleep

taxi from the airport costs £6 or shuttle bus £5 return which adds up if you decide to head into the city.

It was very busy and there was only one member of staff on reception, which led to queues at reception all evening.

My stay was perfect. The staff are always on hand, prepared to help and very friendly. The hotel itself was very clean and the food prices were reasonable. I would definitly stay again.

The standard was equivalent to a North American hotel without paying a high price.

Paying for the airport shuttle.

Clean and comfortable bedroom with plenty of space. A good quick breakfast in the morning

I was surprised and disappointed to find that I had to pay an extra £5 to park my car at the hotel
