All staff were very helpful and we recommend the king suite for a truly special stay.
The staff were lovely and the location was good. The room was very stylish and comfortable.
No coffee making facilities in room
From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. Staff were efficient, polite and very approachable. The room was spotless. The concierges were especially helpful and efficient. The bar and restaurant had a lovely ambiance. If you want to ensure your stay in Manchester is special; choose this hotel. Thank you to each member of staff. A genuine high level of professionalism from all.
My only criticism is that the wi-fi was not of the best quality.
Had a great overnight stay - fantastic location for any Corrie fans coming to do the tour! My husband 'had the best night's sleep ever in a hotel' due to the very comfortable beds and our teenage children were pleased to each have a double bed in their twin room.
Location was brilliant, rooms where superb, comfy huge beds, friendly helpful staff, quiet.
I liked everything :)
the queen size bed was very comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean and tidy.
two picture where the same in the room.
Unfortunately there was very little choice for main meals(not wraps or sandwiches) on the menu
Every thing was perfect.
The only thing that i would say is the fact that the spar is off site, however this had no impact on my stay but it would be nice to have easier access to this.
Very helpful staff, good all round quality with excellent location.
Fantastic room, great breakfast, excellent staff.
Poor choice of lunch/dinner menu, cost of meal, paying for car parking.
Location parking staff beds
Crowded at breakfast uncomfortable table and cairs in bar no coffee biscuits in room had to go to concierge No comfortable chair in room hotel expanded but older areas need modernisation
The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in! Loved this place, great location with parking. We came in by train but was amazed to see free parking in the centre of Manchester. Good location, quiet even though it's very close to eveything. Great staf too
Location room comfort Breakfast
Location next to Coronation Street. Lovely ambience in hotel. Nice breakfast.
Really noisy self closing banging doors, which the noise is amplified at 1am, 1,30am, 3am, 4.30am...... etc when drunk people are running up and down the corridors without a care for others guests. Squeaking toilet doors which is very loud at 3am. Hence a terrible nights sleep was had.
Good location Good breakfast Valet Parking
Shower wasn't great
2 double beds, super soft bedding, clean bathroom, great choice of room service, (really lovely food!) good prices for everything, excellent customer service, lovely breakfast with good range of choices. Good location.
Leaving! Oh and not enough tv channels in the view of my 11 year old.
the location was great for us to do the Coronation Street Tour, staff friendly and very helpful. food very very good, Our room was very comfy and very clean, we was lucky enough to have one of the King Deluxe Rooms with view of the cannal

Very low television signal
Shower was too low
Came to manchester for a weekend and chose the marriott. Close to deansgate and although the re was a wedding in the hotel there was no noise in our room because this old warehouse is rock solid yet fresh looking. Excellent.
This hotel was in the perfect spot for shopping in Manchester. We were greeted by a really friendly receptionistwho gave us lots of information on the city and where to eat. He also provided us with a map. The concierge who parked our car was excellent too. Our room even though quite small was adequate and comfortable and had plenty of everything that you needed. We decided to have breakfast in our room the next morning and that was very nice. As we left the hotel we asked if it would be possible to leave our car for a few hours and was told that would be no trouble. So altogether a very successful stay and we will definitely be returning to this hotel and to Manchester again.
I wish they would provide more tea, coffee milk etc and one biscuit between two people does seem a but mean.
A lovely clean hotel. Friendly staff. And just round the corner from the Coronation St tour.
