Great rooms and very helpful staff.

Didn't like having to pay for hotels car park or having to pay extra for breakfast.

The entrance was welcoming, the room was pleasing. We were given an "accessible" room so had a little more space than other rooms.

The room was missing an iron & board and a hair-dryer, items that we've found provided by less expensive chains. The bath wasn't clean (hairs were present from previous tenants), and to say it was an "accessible" room the space in the bath and shower was limited due to the hand rails. For the price I paid I was expecting a lot better.

Good breakfast menu. Good access / parking.

Room too warm. Bed extremely soft. Scaffolding erected around all windows.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern, clean and spacious and the hotel had a lovely relaxed feeling. The breakfast was fresh and tasty too.

Staff were brilliant and the rooms where clean. Breakfast was tasty and lots to choose from.

Room service was very slow. My boyfriend ordered a sandwich and it took 25 minutes to get to us and was not value for money. The bed was a little dry and the cheese was something you would get from a value section which I would use on my burger. It was over priced for £9 something and I didnt really want to pay it but I did.

Far too hot and unable to open windows. The air con was not powerful enough to cool the room down even after 12 night hours. this when the weather outside was not over warm

the staff were very helpfull ie: carried my luggage to my room, printed maps for me and let me leave my car on the premises even though I'd checked out but gone to the theatre. Concierge parking definitely worth it. The 3 course meal + a large glass of wine for £20 was exceptionally good value and the food was lovely. The twin room had 2 double beds - loads of space and bed linen was of high quality. A great stay overall.

Bar prices a bit steep. No other complaint.

Rooms were of a nice standard, bed comfy, staff excellent. Valet parking when on site car park full an added bonus

Room could of been cleaner (dust on surfaces), ended up with king bed rather than twin as requested. Damp smell in bathroom

The location and the uniqueness of the hotel decor. The room was clean and comfortable

The check in took too long. The receptionist was busy chatting to co workers when we arrived, she didn't offer any information about parking, breakfast or even direct us to the lift to our room !

Staff were very friendly and helpful,had a small issue and it was sorted out in a couple of minutes. Rooms a good size and communal areas well kept. Breakfast was lovely and lots if choice though toasters may be a better option as bread toasting machine was soooo slow!

A bit further than expected from city centre. Send much more on taxis than I would have liked. Travelling with young kids the walking would have been a bit much for them.

Reception and concierge were excellent. Room was great, a very different hotel with the exposed brick and wood, very nice decor. Loved it, just wish we had more chance to stay as it was only a quick overnight stay whilst visiting the men arena.

Bar service from one member of was unfriendly and even though it was before 11pm he refused to take an order for food as the kitchen had just take a big order and was too busy. He didn't offer any alternatives othe than the 24 hour menu which wasn't to our requirements, yet later to another guest offered take away menus, crisps and the 24 hour menu. Because of this attitude we stayed for one drink and then retired, had this not been the case we would certainly have stayed in the bar longer. Beds a bit too soft.

The hotel is in a great spot for bars restaurants and the opera house. The staff are very friendly. Hotel lovely and clean, comfy beds. Stayed here a few times now, would highly recommend.

I loved the way the original building had been converted into a hotel and its situation on the river.

Didn't like being woken up by workmen on Saturday morning at 7.52am! I did tell the desk staff but they said no one was working that day, well some one was!

Restaurants 2/3 courses plus wine budget menus. 3rd floor rooms with low oak ceilings. All the staff. Location. Deal we had on hotel plus free upgrade.

Price of breakfast and parking.

iPod dock which was present in our room and hasn't been on previous stays. Good amount of towels in the room.

Complicated room lighting. Window opening distance.

The staff where very helpful, polite and well presented, the rooms where beautiful, clean and well kept the showers are luxury, great location within city but away from the noise, will definatly be going again A* hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The two storey room we stayed in on the fourth floor was very spacious. Great value for money and looking forward to staying again.
