Holiday Inn Manchester Airport

Hotel has pleasant facilities such as the swimming pool, the gym sauna and so on located at the country side

Location is poor (the end of the world compare to other airport Hotels). It says on your website "Altrincham Rd, Wilmslow (1.2 km from Manchester Airport)". Knowing Manchester others hotels ( Radisson SAS, Hilton, Bewley and Crown Plaza are all have similar distance on the website and are working distance from the terminal while the Holiday inn is very far. You can reach the holiday only with a shuttle. Shuttle cost money ( usually free for airport hotels) and the timetable is not respected ( 2 times in one weekend is far too much)

Near to airport,a very pleasent hotel with helpful staff and nicely decorated.

The staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful as we got to the hotel very late and they help with are heavy bags. Also when we left in the morning.

This hotel was too far from the airport and as we did not get into Manchester until after 12.00 am the bus was not running and the taxi cost £23.00 to get there. Also there was no lift to the first floor where are room was.

The room was far too small and there was nowhere to put toıletrıes ın tha bathroom. Young lady on receptıon when we arrıved and the young man on receptıon when we left could not even be bothered to greet us. The hotel was dısappoıntıng and we would not stay there agaın.

Zij waren goed in het oplossen van problemen. Het zwembad was mooi. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn zou ik aanraden dat zij de toegankelijkheid in het hotel verbeteren door een oprit/ramp te maken bij de zwembad ingang, en de rolstoel lift naar de benedenverdieping te vernieuwen. Die was te zwaar om zelf te bedienen.

Een van de receptionisten was niet al te vriendelijk. Al het andere personeel was uitstekend. Van de 4 dagen daar, was het restaurant 3 dagen goed en 1 dag slecht, misschien een andere kok?
