Good location near Salford Crescent station, nice room, good breakfast
The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice.
It was quite a walk to the shops, further than expected.
Very good breakfast very good greeting nice room
It was hard for public transport especially at night.
Staff were very pleasant and hotel was beautifully clean, really enjoyed our stay.
Restaurant meal was a bit of a let down, I chose the pie which was nice but my husband chose the fish from the catch of the day, he is a fish lover but couldn't eat this meal, it was dry and tasteless, shame as the breakfast was really lovely with loads of choice.
Big tv in room & good shower.
Very noisey with lots of drunk guest also the ice machine right out side room was very loud.
Reception are friendly
staff food bath water was just right
The bed was very comfy. The Shuttle bus took us right to Old Trafford and the hotel overall was nice!
Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist called Kamil. He went out of his way to welcome us, was courteous and pleasant, he had a great sense of humour, and Nothing was too much trouble. An excellent representative for the company. Kimberley on the other hand we found very interesting, happy to help, was also polite, and she made us laugh. Overall our stay was good, we would Deffinately stay again and will recommend to family and friends.
There is nothing in which we didnt like about our stay at the holiday Inn. However a free breakfast from kimberley would have been nice. Also the maid in the morning interrupted an intimate moment in the shower, my new partner was very displeased!!
Would have liked a more comfy bed
Requested change of room due to a spider in the room. Was told the hotel was full. Expected to have been given an alternative, least an apology from the management in the morning with an alternative. Incident was perhaps not even recorded.
shops and the bars in the main town, assistants in the shops are very welcoming, it nice meeting different people in our towns thank you Manchester.
The greeting could have been a little better in the hotel. and more helpful with buses taxis ask if people would like a map etc..
Everything was really good
The room was clean tidy in very good order the bed was very comfortable slept, the staff were friendly helpful accommodating nothing was to much trouble
the lounge seating was tired but everything else was to hand
location , was like an industrial site
Staff were all very kind and friendly
Bedding wasnt changed at all and we were there Thursday til monday
Central location a quick taxi ride to central Manchester
The Salford business estate surroundings was quite run down for the location of a reputable chain hotel
helpful staff meals adequate
location and poor soundproofing
The room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room service great with very friendly staff.
The food was good but we had to wait a long time for our meal.
free parking probably more suited to business travellers who have access to their own transport
a bit out of the way location wise, about a 20-25 minute walk to the nearest bars (Deansgate)
Staff were very polite and helpful. Check in was good. Restaurant was ideally located with a good stocked bar close by.
We had a king size room and was lovely, however, when we turned the air conditioning off there was a leak. We rang down to reception and informed. Receptionist came up very shortly after and informed we were going to be moved to another room. This was a family room, however, the double bed settee was made up and we had to climb over the bed on one side to get in. So the comfort of the room was extremely limited. Breakfast was good quality and selection was good however cooked breakfast was cold.
Staff friendly.Breakfast nice.Stay here every year.Always been great had no complaints from my friends who stay with us
nothing.Cant fault it
very good value for money, better than i expected.
Friendly staff, especially the receptionist who recommended places to go in the centre of Manchester and a local taxi firm to use. The room was a bit small but clean and had everything we needed
We booked this hotel after researching hotels close to Manchester Arena only to be told on arrival we would need a cab to get there! The location was not ideal, as it's near industrial areas, and we were woken up fairly early by traffic queuing at the nearby traffic lights. The hotel was ok but if you need to be close to town or the Manchester Arena then I would not book this one!
