Friendly staff and nice rooms

The Price was reasonable for the hotel stay loud noise people passing by at the weekends was able to hear talking outside in the hallway

There is nothing outstanding about this hotel other the convenience to where I am working

Having stayed at the hotel on a vast number of occasions and have reported the appalling service at the bar, nothing has changed. In fact, the service has deteriorated. At one point, there was no-one serving behind the bar for 9 minutes! A queue had formed and when a member of the bar staff eventually arrived, there was not even an apology for keeping them waiting. Additionally, when I went to order some food from the bar, I was told " Can you comke back in 15-20 minutes as the chef is on his own tonight and is busy!" I do not necessarily blame the bar staff for this rather the hotel trimming the staff so thinly that they are severely damaging customer service and their reputation for the sake of profiteering. I will be spending the next 5 months working in that area - at least 2 nights a week - and I have to say that, with all expenditure included, the hotel stands to lose close to £4k in custom! I actually believe that the staff (generally) do a good job and are pleasant but are clearly under pressure due to poor management and resourcing.

Very clean and the rooms were lovely and warm with air conditioning that actually worked, staff were really friendly and it really suited our stay, we were here for men event so just needed a no fuss stopover

We were welcomed by genuinely friendly staff and all the staff throughout were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, well equipped & it was quiet. We didn't try the hotel restaurant but the bar was stylish and comfortable. There was ample parking at a small cost ( we traveled by train so didn't use this but may in the future)

We stayed for a concert in town which it states it is convenient for. However, having gone by train we were on foot and found it difficult to find ( with the walking directions we copied off a popular search web site) and it felt like a bit of a hike. Obviously it would be relatively inexpensive to taxi but not everyone wants that additional expense. Once we got our bearings it took about 15 - 20 minutes to get into the shopping district. The only thing otherwise was we felt the breakfast was expensive so chose not to have it and went elsewhere. We didn't get the room we booked (although chose not to make a fuss because we were happy with the room given) We did let the staff know & put it on the review for the hotel.

This hotel had everything we needed for our stay. Near our friends to attend to a birthday party so we could walk or take a short taxi ride. The room was excellent, comfortable bed, spacious and had everything we needed.The price was excellent too. I would highly recommend it.

the breakfast price was far too expensive unless pre-booked, similar hotels and competitors are charging much less.
