The location of the hotel was excellent, two blocks away from Oxford Street. Hotel bar and restaurant gorgeous. Staff very pleasant. Very small room for two people. A lot of distrubing noise coming through single glazed window that did not close properly from workmen/building site. No tea and coffee making facilites in room. |

This proved to be an excellent choice for our theatre/shopping trip to London. We had previously booked for December as a birthday treat but sadly due to bereavement we had to change our plans. The staff at both booking.com and the hotel were fantastic and allowed us to change the dates (at a small extra charge). We loved this hotel and especially the location which is literally a five minute walk from Oxford Street and in a lovely location on Mandeville Place. I found the staff (especially Aaron) to be superb and very helpful. We will most definitely return. One small issue was the glass door leading from the room to the bathroom. The rooms are small and intimate and this opaque glass door does not lock, is open at both top and bottom and as you can imagine offers no privacy whatsoever. Also there were no tea making facilities (that we could find) in the room. |

The location was excellent for a shopping trip and also for eating out. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance and a 5 minute walk to Oxford Street. The price of drinks in the bar! I have stayed in many, many 4 star hotels around the world and I have never paid any where near £12.48 for a Gin and Tonic ! Absolutely ridiculous and arrogant of the hotel if they think people will pay that. |

A really nice hotel, helpful personnel. Location is great, near the London shops and surrounded by a lot of good and cheap restaurants. Special thanks to the doorman, cheerful and happy to help you, even despite the cold/wet weather. Thank you. |

I thought it was very cozy and the rooms were lovely. I thought the drink prices were far too expensive in the bar. |

The location is excellent and within easy walking of Marylebone High St, Bond St and Oxford St. The hotel has a very pleasant ambiance. Our bedroom smelled of smoke-we brought this to the attention of the chamber maid immediately and she reported our comments. We had paid for an upgrade but were told there were no more rooms available so we had to accept what reception told us. I did ask for the price of our upgrade to be removed but was told this was not possible?! I have been informed that when we next book I should refer to this and ask for a free upgrade; as we have stayed here previously I sincerely hope this will be honoured. |

Very freindly helpful staff. Bar/Resturant Prices. Dont bother with the £22 breakfast, go round the corner to the Pontefract Castle Pub - Full English for £5!! |

Excellent location in a beautiful neighbourhood Although we asked for a twin room when booking, we were told upon arrival that twin rooms could not be booked through booking.com. We could only have a double bed. The snag was that the double room bed was a queen size - not comfortable for our requirements. In order to get a king size bed, we had to buy an upgrade, and they did give us one more duvet. I find it slightly ridiculous that a hotel of this category pretends that queen size beds are double beds, and also that twin rooms are unavailable. Queen size beds are small - and only suitable as double beds for very few... We never found any heating arrangement for the bathroom, and the marble floor was icy. Floor to ceiling mirrors facing the lavatory was also very interesting.. |

I liked the amazing central location of the hotel. And the fact that the WiFi was for free by the front desk. In the room was pretty cold, the breakfast was pretty expensive and the fact the concierge wasnt able to get us a taxi. |

It all worked and it was clean and well designed No tea or coffee in the room. No mini bar. Bedside light only worked from main switch. Very expensive for what it was. I booked 2 double and one single rooms. Double were OK at £140 each but the single was £170! |

Generally pleasant and service-oriented staff, especially Carlos the concierge and Ewa the bartender, but there was one desk staff (don't recall his name) who, at time of check-in -- which anyone in your business knows is a time when guests are coming off long travel and have little patience for anything that goes wrong -- was quite rude, and I could not understand his English at all. |

Location was perfect the room was small ( and we were upgraded so heavens knows what a superior room was like) but it was very nicely appointed with good furnishings and decor, Tea coffee making facilities were not available - which I consider to be standard. |
