It is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is lively and not stuckup. Moreover its location to all the main shopping areas very convenient. No kettle was provided for making drinks and no cream or lotion was given like other hotels. |

The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant, informative and always had a smile on their faces. This always adds up to feeling welcomed and a sense of home. Nice to return to after a long day. The beds might need an upgrade. they seemed soft and slightly uncomfortable.Ditto for the pillows. The hotel we stayed in after yours offered one hard pillow and one softer, so you had your choice. |

The comfort of our rooms and the concierge service were both to a good standard. Rather than not liking, we felt that the reception area and other communal areas were not in keeping with the standard of the rooms and service. Not bad, but just in need of some brightening and updating. |

Staff were friendly, helpful and polite and the rooms and communal areas were very clean and well presented. Rooms are small and there are no beverage making facilities - one has to order from room service, which is over-priced and inconvenient. |

Everthing was great. It was my second time there and the staff were really friendly and gave us a bigger room. It really is my favourite hotel to stay in London. |

Good quiet location for exploring London, excellent and very helpful staff, nice homely (but smallish) room. Some prices were I feel extortinate - eg breakfast @ £22.50 was certainly not good value for money. Restaurant too small thus having to wait to be seated. |

It sucks that you force us to pay, although our flight was cancelled and didn't come to London. |
