The friendly faces of the staff- everyone had a smile. The location was perfect, and after a busy day around london it was nice to come back to a very comfortable and cosy bed. The room was too warm in the evenings and the cooling system didn't work very quickly. |

The beds are the best I have experienced in a hotel for a long time. Room and bathroom much too small !! Breakfast buffet could be improved. |

This hotel is just north of Oxford St, so a great location! Close to the Underground and within walking distance of many top sights. The room was small but nicely appointed. We had a corner room, so big windows with lots of light in the daytime. Nice bathroom. Elegant decor in both the public areas and the room. A bit noisy, but I imagine that is true anywhere in the city. Had to ask for a robe. I think that should be in the room when you arrive at a 4 star hotel. The elevators were very old and falling apart and the buttons did not work properly. We had to go a floor above ours before we could get the button for our floor to work. |

The service was good, especially the concierge "boys". Cleanliness of the room was fine and we liked it. Smart designed. Even if on 8th floor there was some noise from the street. For a suite the bathroom was way to small and in one of them hardly any spot to place your toiletries bag, not in tact with the size and price of the room. |

They were very busy during our stay. We felt they were very busy, which is, of course, not a good sign. They did not have time to be too helpful to us, and the towels they gave us were too new and not good enough quality. They did not have an adapter for our laptop to fit into an English socket. |

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Very good value for the price we paid through yourselves but probably not if you had to pay their own tariff. When we arrived they did not initially have record of our booking and had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to sort it out. They did not have tea making facilities in the room. |

It was a very comfortable hotel. The staff reacted to my request very quickly to move to another room closer to my traveller partner. The rooms were very quite and well set up. Coffe/tea facalities should be available in the room |

Its proximity to shopping, sights , transport and museums. Lots of restaurants close by. Reception were very happy to show us a different room when asked. The one we were first offered was dark and tiny. No coffee /tea making facilities in room.Or even bottle of water. Really dislike the frosted glass bathroom door which didn;t even close properly. Even more inhibiting if you were sharing with a friend rather than a partner! Breakfast prices are steep but there are many places in the neighbourhood. |

The very efficient friendly non-pushy staff. The food was first class and the overall easy nature of the stay was very refreshing. The lifts are a bit slow |

The room and bathroom were spotless, but on the small side. The windows need to be replaced with at least triple glazing as you can hear everything outside. The air condiioning unit also made a lot of noise when switched off. It would also be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities within the room. |
