The Mandeville Hotel

Erinomainen sijainti shoppailua silmällä pitäen ja sopivasti "syrjässä" suurimmalta hälinältä. Avulias henkilökunta, vaikka eräällä oli jo työaika päättynyt.

Ei liity hotelliin, mutta vesi huonoa (liian "puhdasta" "tislattua"), suihkussa ei lähde saippua pois.

Siisti hotelli ja huone, hyvä palvelu.

Ulkopuolisen kadun meteli joka kuului huoneeseen, toinen kerros.

Henkilökunta oliystävällistä

Hotellin hinta per yö vaihteli ja en lopulta tiedä mikä oli todellinen hinta.Kirjautuessani sisään, kirjattiin per 3 yötä 600 £, lähtiessäni 3x 169,, mutta se korjattiin viimeiseksi 2 x 169+1x 259. Minulle jäi tunne että hinnan olisi pitänyt olla 3x169, mutta minulta kuitenkin veloitettiin enemmän

Location was perfect the room was small ( and we were upgraded so heavens knows what a superior room was like) but it was very nicely appointed with good furnishings and decor,

Tea coffee making facilities were not available - which I consider to be standard.

Location was brilliant. Right in the heart of the shopping district!

Fairly small rooms, but hey ho

The hotel is very stylish. Unfortunatly the rooms are more than small.... I don't spend much time in the room during the stay but even for the sleeping time the rooms would have to be bigger. I also tryed the restaurant. Wasn't bad but not to go there again...

Each time we go to this hotel, the customer experience is just fantastic. Great location, fantastic rooms, bar...and we are very well looked after by the staff.

There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room

Small Bedroom

This hotel is just north of Oxford St, so a great location! Close to the Underground and within walking distance of many top sights. The room was small but nicely appointed. We had a corner room, so big windows with lots of light in the daytime. Nice bathroom. Elegant decor in both the public areas and the room.

A bit noisy, but I imagine that is true anywhere in the city. Had to ask for a robe. I think that should be in the room when you arrive at a 4 star hotel. The elevators were very old and falling apart and the buttons did not work properly. We had to go a floor above ours before we could get the button for our floor to work.

The service was good, especially the concierge "boys". Cleanliness of the room was fine and we liked it. Smart designed.

Even if on 8th floor there was some noise from the street. For a suite the bathroom was way to small and in one of them hardly any spot to place your toiletries bag, not in tact with the size and price of the room.

Its a very cute hotel , the staff are very friendly , it has a great location and would definetly visit again .....
