The Mandeville Hotel

ルームサービスを夕食のために利用したが、味が評判のレストランが併設されているホテルだけあってとても美味しく、値段もリーズナブル。部屋はゆったりとしているよりか狭い部類に入ると思うが、このロケーションとスタイリッシュなインテリアなので妥協できた。リバティに歩いていかれるのも便利。スタッフの方はみな物静かで丁寧で気が利き、とても好感が持てた。

The comfort of our rooms and the concierge service were both to a good standard.

Rather than not liking, we felt that the reception area and other communal areas were not in keeping with the standard of the rooms and service. Not bad, but just in need of some brightening and updating.

The hotel is very good positioned and the staff is very friendly

We didn't get the room, we reserved.. That is not fair!

Staff were friendly, helpful and polite and the rooms and communal areas were very clean and well presented.

Rooms are small and there are no beverage making facilities - one has to order from room service, which is over-priced and inconvenient.

From the check in until we left we were made to feel very welcome and at ease. The staff were helpful and polite.The hotel itself was very clean throughout and with excellent facilities including the restaurant and bar.

Everthing was great. It was my second time there and the staff were really friendly and gave us a bigger room. It really is my favourite hotel to stay in London.

Internet connection : was free on loby, but with restricted service ( could only receive but not send emails ), and on room, lan connection fee was really expensive. Also the breakfast ( not included in rate 0 was really expensive

All the extras very, very, expensive. No tea/coffee making facilities in room.
