ロンドン市内のど真ん中に位置し、ショッピング等を楽しむには最高のロケーション。シングルの部屋は狭いが- 、程よくデザインされていて、バスタブもあった。 シングルは部屋が狭いのと、朝食が付かない場合は、高い朝食代を払わなければならない。 |

一番のお勧めはロケーションです。地下鉄のボンドストリート駅から５分ぐらいなので、ショッピング目的であ- れば短い時間の滞在でも色々見れるし、効率よく買い物が出来ると思います。又、食事を取るにもインドカレー- 、イタリアン、スペイン料理、バー等困る事がありません。スタッフの対応も良いです。 中庭側の部屋をリクエストして宿泊しましたが、窓が薄いのか外の音が気になりました。場所がらか夜酔っ払い- の声とかも聞こえたし、他の部屋に泊まった友人も気になったと言っていました。部屋もシングルは狭いです。- ヨーロッパのシングルはこんなものといえばこうなんですが。。。またエレベーターもヨーロッパによくある４- 人ぐらいしか乗れない狭いタイプです。同タイプで３基あるので不便ではなかったですが。。。 |

場所はボンドストリート至近でどこにもアクセスしやすかったです。ただ、ホテルは狭かった。広いホテルから- 移動したせいもあったのか、すごく狭く感じました。アメニティがペンハリガンだったのはよかったですが、小- さいボトルが（シャンプーとボディソープのみ）ツインに１セットしかついていなかったので言ってもらいまし- た。キレイはキレイです。夜はホテルの前の通りにパブや飲食店がたくさんあって賑わっていますし、2～30- 分くらいお散歩感覚で歩いて中華街へも行けます。 受付の方があまり親切じゃなかった。 |

ルームサービスを夕食のために利用したが、味が評判のレストランが併設されているホテルだけあってとても美- 味しく、値段もリーズナブル。部屋はゆったりとしているよりか狭い部類に入ると思うが、このロケーションと- スタイリッシュなインテリアなので妥協できた。リバティに歩いていかれるのも便利。スタッフの方はみな物静- かで丁寧で気が利き、とても好感が持てた。 |

Location was perfect the room was small ( and we were upgraded so heavens knows what a superior room was like) but it was very nicely appointed with good furnishings and decor, Tea coffee making facilities were not available - which I consider to be standard. |

We liked the perfect location : next to shoppingcentra and many good restaurants. The rooms, bar, and breakfast , they all were kept very well and perfect even into the details. The modern design is also nice and new in a classic land as England. It was a bit searching the rooms through the two buildings that form the hotel, and in the early morning the release of the glasscontainer in the innercourt made for about five minutes a lot of noice. |

Excellent location. Tasty breakfast but poor. Continental breakfast was only toasts, cheese and cham, fruits and yoghurt. But it was possible to order english breakfast, scrambled eggs or bacon- for me too heavy on morning.Very nice staff, big rooms, very comfortable beds. Noisy aircondition. Very thin windows. It was cold in room. I had to put heating on 30 degres. |

The hotel is very stylish. Unfortunatly the rooms are more than small.... I don't spend much time in the room during the stay but even for the sleeping time the rooms would have to be bigger. I also tryed the restaurant. Wasn't bad but not to go there again... To small rooms |

The friendly faces of the staff- everyone had a smile.The location was perfect, and after a busy day around london it was nice to come back to a very comfortable and cosy bed. The room was too warm in the evenings and the cooling system didn't work very quickly. |

This hotel is just north of Oxford St, so a great location! Close to the Underground and within walking distance of many top sights. The room was small but nicely appointed. We had a corner room, so big windows with lots of light in the daytime. Nice bathroom. Elegant decor in both the public areas and the room. A bit noisy, but I imagine that is true anywhere in the city. Had to ask for a robe. I think that should be in the room when you arrive at a 4 star hotel. The elevators were very old and falling apart and the buttons did not work properly. We had to go a floor above ours before we could get the button for our floor to work. |

The service was good, especially the concierge "boys". Cleanliness of the room was fine and we liked it. Smart designed. Even if on 8th floor there was some noise from the street. For a suite the bathroom was way to small and in one of them hardly any spot to place your toiletries bag, not in tact with the size and price of the room. |

They were very busy during our stay. We felt they were very busy, which is, of course, not a good sign. They did not have time to be too helpful to us, and the towels they gave us were too new and not good enough quality. They did not have an adapter for our laptop to fit into an English socket. |
