Very comfortable and clean room Great shower Lovely breakfast

Room was too hot at night,Patio doors rather than window-would rather have window to open for fresh air

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. There is plenty of parking available and the location is great - central but not ruined my traffic. A great hotel for a weekend break.

Bar area was lovely and a very relaxing place to have a few drinks.

We were given a room next to the public toilet. The room had very thin stud walls so we could hear people using the toilet, using the handryer and having conversations. Not very pleasant. Have sent an email explaining our experience - not had a response and that was two days ago!?

Clean surroundings. Staff efficient and helpful. Situated near bus stops and London road railway station, near G-Live.Close to the city centre.

The physical lay out of the room. The room is in the ground floor. One has to go up a flight of stairs to the first floor and then go down another flight of stairs to the ground floor to get to the room.

The really excellent meals served at short notice in the evenings. Out of my three nights, I had "starters" on two nights, simply because I was travelling around in the daytime - and became very tired!

The fact that my payment was taken from my account well in advance of my stay, with no recompense in the case of cancellation (I have a wife with severe knee problems etc.). Also, the "Mandolay" TV screen info indicated there was an information book in my room - not true! Would have preferred a first floor room.

As usual the breakfast was good. Staff were attentive and polite.

Offered a basement room next to the kitchen Ended up in the attic.

Our bedroom was upgraded to an executive suite. The staff were helpful and the food was good.

The room was very nice , spacious and clean

The staff lack guidance , no management on duty and it showed. Not the fault of the staff but management need to be around to sort issues out before they escalate

We were upgraded on arrival which was nice. Food was very good and could be eaten in the bar or restaurant. Bar open until midnight which was ideal after an evening out. Once in our room it was very quiet as we were on the 2nd floor.

Lovely location for a family birthday party with good food. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff .

When a problem occur the hotel didn't bother to help us. On the contrast, hotel took into advantage the problem in order to make more money. Travelers are human, not moving pounds.

As per usual, a good place to stay for the price. Rooms clean and staff friendly.

It would be nice to have prepared fruit available for breakfast - the only options are whole apples/oranges which are not particularly convenient when you are in a hurry, Otherwise no complaints!
