excellent food lush room and place friendly staff great location

i was made very welcome from when I arrived to when I was leaving the room was very nice and the food was very good

Lovely atmosphere from all staff. Warm welcome feeling to the place and set in a beautiful part of Wales would use this hotel again each time I visit friends in the area.

I don't want to be picky, the only issue was the car park, it exits out onto quite a busy road and is very steep. This caused issues pulling out as it was not clear to see traffic coming from either direction. This however did not have any hindrance on our stay.

Separate w.c and shower room. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly staff. Relaxing bar,lounge and restaurant so we didn't need to leave the hotel after our stressful day.

It's convenience to Kilgetty where I have family. It has a bar and restaurant so there is no need to go out. Pleasant and helpful manner of staff.

The accommodation was very comfortable and all looked as if recently renovated; and was very clean.The staff were friendly and helpful. It felt like 'home from home'. The breakfasts tasted superb, and were plentiful. with a good variety of foods to choose from.

Relaxing atmosphere. Excellent breakfast which filled us for the rest of the day. Evening meal great value for money and a good selection of dishes.

On an A road. Not too busy but with the windows open some noise. Good double glazing but warm.

Poorly maintained exterior.Rot on cills and main entrance door. Unattractive flat roofs surrounding the property. Looked like an extension on an extension Unclean patio furniture Our room (5) had poor natural lighting No bar ambience in the evening.Average number of people in bar at peak holiday time was 4. Bar furniture was completely in-appropriate. Most self catering customers adjacent to lodge did not use the bar, even though bar prices were't excessive. No alternative evening entertainment for 5 miles, and no bus service or local taxi firm. Very disappointed

Meals were excellent and the staff were friendly and informative. The location was ideal for getting around without being locked into a seaside resort. The hotel had a relaxing welcoming atmosphere so that we couild chill out in the evenings. Fascilities very good

Slight discomfort of our bed, not worth complaining, probably needs the mattress changing.

Everything. Stayed last year, brilliant ! stayed this year even better, will be staying next year that says it all.

It was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. I had to inform them of a shower head that was faulty- the next time we used it it had been replaced, very efficient.

Great value, friendly, helpful, hard-working staff/owners. Excellent room, nice, spacious & well-equipped ensuite, Off-road Parking, Nice Bar & Restaraunt, I had an excellent (& good value) meal there. Super Location near Tenby, & only a few hundred yards from Folly Farm.

Some of the grounds & hotel corridors look a bit tired. Much of the Hotel has been upgraded, so I expect the rest will be done when funds allow.

Only one word to describe EVERYTHING about Manian Lodge and that is EXCELLENT We would definately stay there again which unfortunately you cannot say about a lot of hotels/bed breakfast

I am not usually a lover of these types of accomadation as i always feel i am staying in peoples houses I dont know but not here!! Staff were lovely and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were spotless. We didnt expect our room to be done one day as we were going to a wedding and put the do not disturb sign on while we got ready. When we got back that evening the room was lovely as they just came in later. Location was good as near to local activities which is really helpful for young families. Excellent choice of breakfast and even made my mother in law some porridge which wasnt even on there but she fancied some.A very relaxing stay and will be back. Thank you

Another pleasant stay at Manian Lodge. Highly recommended and excellent value.

I wanted to somewhere to stop overnight after packing up my camping equipment. I looked online to find a suitable Hotel / Motel etc. Manian Lodge was ideally placed, my holiday was near Haverfordwest, and had everything to offer that I needed. (Hairdryer etc) I arrived at approximately 15:00 and was greeted by a very friendly lady, and given my key and instructions. should I wish to go out in the evening. She asked if I would be dining in the evening, I said I would. The lady was the owner. The room, though tucked away in a corner, was beautifully laid out. Towels, with a small mint chocolate, nice gesture. Coffee and tea with kettle and Welsh cakes. The bathroom was well laid out, roomy, shampoo, soap and shower/bath gel. The evening meal was excellent and the breakfast left nothing to be desired, even kippers were on the Menu! I had a 12 hour drive to Düsseldorf and I could relax and sleep to prepare for the journey. I can highly recommend this Hotel, friendly and comfortable. I hope to return.

Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

on first seeing Manian Lodge I did not like the way in which a block of rooms had been built. They did not fit in with the architecture of the surrounding area.

Lovely hotel with beautiful little touches like chocolates on pillow and bottled water at bedside! Staff were very friendly and welcoming!
