Room was pleasant and clean and staff helpful. Excellent location.

If in Yeovil, stay here! Staff was attentive. Atmosphere was festive. Stay in the back and you will not hear the noise of a wedding reception. Breakfast was very good.

Room was a bit dated and needed to be refreshed.

Reception & bar staff were lovely. Room was clean & comfortable.

The breakfast! Very poor service & poor quality food. We asked several time for pastries & croissant and only after waiting more than half an hour were we told by other guests that the oven was broken and we wouldn't get any! I think we were unlucky on this occasion as the other guests had stayed before & said it was a very different experience.

Staff -courteous, helpful and friendly.

1)Problem with telephone in room - needed to calll hall porter at 1.30am to deal with car alarm outside my window - numerals worn away on 'phone -got connected to 999 service, twice - gave up. Reported to reception next morning - not attended to. 2)Room door lock faulty - caused me to be trapped in room - extremely dangerous in the event of fire.

It was very central to Yeovil. Excellent breakfast. Helpfull duty manager.

Function room was almost below us and the beer garden was just outside our bedroom window. It was noisy in the evening due to guests having a party.

After a long journey from west yorkshire we arrived to our room finding that we have been placed directly above the wedding disco.

The staff were some of the best yet, I have stayed in some very exclusive hotels and their staff could learn a good deal from the staff at Manor Hotel

The short amount of time spent here

Excellent quality and cleanliness of bathroom and bedding - the two single most important criteria.

The Manor Hotel was clean and very comfortable,the staff were polite an very helpful. Bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable, overall would come again.

My only gripe would be the bathroom, it could do with a bit of modernisation, a shelf in the shower would be a help.

Professional and friendly service. Pleasant dining room with newspapers to read, including the Times. Food was excellent. I had a pear and Stilton salad and then scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast. I loved all the fruit including melon and segments of orange and also the pastries at breakfast. The duvet and pillows were good. Good white towels

Mattress on the bed not great - room 20. Some dust - eg bedside cupboard. Building rather noisy - maybe needs some thicker carpets when you next refurb? Shower ok but not great. I much prefer walk in power shower and no bath. Do you have a single room with this?
