Manor Park Hotel  

When we checked in we were advised that breakfast was served until 9.30. Asked what time we would like breakfast we said 9am, but that we would have to come seperately as we had a dog with us, we didn't make it to breakfast until 9.15 and were then advised that the chef had been sent home. The manager cooked me a breakfast but my husband was advised they could only make him toast. We didn't realise we would be kept to the exact time, the hotel should make this clear. The room although clean needed quite a lot of maintenance, towel rails & radiatorrs coming offf the wall. No hot water until late aftenoon after 2 complaints. Lots of matress toppers on top of matress, very uncomfy, didn't want to look why for fear of what we might find!!!!!

Only 5 minute drive to Prestwick airport, good breakfast and clean.

Closeness to Prestwick airport. Could leave my car at hotel for duration of holiday.

Waiting staff took ages to take order and then they got it wrong both for breakfast and dinner.

We love the Manor Park, staff so friendly, food is great and the beds are very comfy also perfect if your flying out of Prestwick but equally as good for a Scottish break

Convenient for Prestwick Airport. Price was reasonable and we were able to leave our car there while we were away. Shuttle to the airport was excellent and the meal we had in the evening was lovely.

The service in the bar was very poor due, it would appear to a lack of staff and not enough training.

We arrived after midnight, the room had been pre-heated with an electric heater that didn't seem to have a thermostat. It was like an oven. Even after an hour with the small bedroom window open it had not cooled down. We had to sleep on top of the bed with the window wide open. We were then awakened very early by aircraft noise!

We booked a quadruple room and were pleasently surprised at how roomy it was. All round quality was well worth paying for.

Thought a snack breakfast could have been made for travellers leaving earlier than 6am

Our room was spacious, cozy and comfortable, although it was a slight distance from the main hotel in a cottage down the road. It was perfectly suited for our needs. Staff was attentive and efficient.

Location - ideal for Prestwick Ariport - friendly staff and very efficient at arranging airport transfers, great value for money, especially with the long term parking facility while we were abroad on holiday, spacious room.

The only complaint is the mattress - too soft and saggy so firm new one required please for the room we were in!

Being so close to Prestwick Airport, it was ideal for our early morning departure the next day

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

It could use some refurbishment - especially the bathrooms.

The hotel was very conveniently located to get to the airport but the atmosphere of the hotel was not the one of hotels that are usually located close to airports. The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms very quiet. Definitely good value for money!

There was only a shower in the room.
