When we checked in we were advised that breakfast was served until 9.30. Asked what time we would like breakfast we said 9am, but that we would have to come seperately as we had a dog with us, we didn't make it to breakfast until 9.15 and were then advised that the chef had been sent home. The manager cooked me a breakfast but my husband was advised they could only make him toast. We didn't realise we would be kept to the exact time, the hotel should make this clear. The room although clean needed quite a lot of maintenance, towel rails & radiatorrs coming offf the wall. No hot water until late aftenoon after 2 complaints. Lots of matress toppers on top of matress, very uncomfy, didn't want to look why for fear of what we might find!!!!!

Excelent location for Prestwick Airport and superb free parking and taxi transfer for duration of holiday. The staff at Manor Park go the extra mile for guests, truely friendly and helpfull people, especially the maintenance man who helped start my car after a flat battery, what a hero!

Closeness to Prestwick airport. Could leave my car at hotel for duration of holiday. Waiting staff took ages to take order and then they got it wrong both for breakfast and dinner.

Location very close to airport Room and shower cubicle needs upgrading. Towels were poor quality. When we arrived the double room we had booked was already allocated elsewhere and we had to take a twin.

We love the Manor Park, staff so friendly, food is great and the beds are very comfy also perfect if your flying out of Prestwick but equally as good for a Scottish break

Just 5 minutes from Prestwick airport which was required as we had a very late flight arrival. No window or fan or ventilation of any kind in the bathroom, so inevitably there was mould from the damp. It seemed to be a basic design problem. Bad smell from the bin area that you had to walk past to go in or out of the hotel reception. Parking fairly chaotic.

Convenient for Prestwick Airport. Price was reasonable and we were able to leave our car there while we were away. Shuttle to the airport was excellent and the meal we had in the evening was lovely. The service in the bar was very poor due, it would appear to a lack of staff and not enough training.

We arrived after midnight, the room had been pre-heated with an electric heater that didn't seem to have a thermostat. It was like an oven. Even after an hour with the small bedroom window open it had not cooled down. We had to sleep on top of the bed with the window wide open. We were then awakened very early by aircraft noise!

We booked a quadruple room and were pleasently surprised at how roomy it was. All round quality was well worth paying for. Thought a snack breakfast could have been made for travellers leaving earlier than 6am

Our room was spacious, cozy and comfortable, although it was a slight distance from the main hotel in a cottage down the road. It was perfectly suited for our needs. Staff was attentive and efficient.

Location - ideal for Prestwick Ariport - friendly staff and very efficient at arranging airport transfers, great value for money, especially with the long term parking facility while we were abroad on holiday, spacious room. The only complaint is the mattress - too soft and saggy so firm new one required please for the room we were in!

Friendly staff and the hotel's decor was nice. The location, as it is only a couple of miles from Prestwick airport and great for late night or early morning flights. The bed in my room (27) was awful, it's done and needs replaced! A stag party on the table and chairs outside my patio doors kept me awake from 4am to 5am (not good!). A hair in my fried egg at breakfast(again, not good!)

We stayed at Manor Park Hotel as it was near to Airport and we had an early morning flight. The rooms were excellent and we had dinner in the restaurant which was also excellent. We had arranged to have the mini bus collect us at 4.45 am and it was there on time to take us to the Airport. When returning we called the Hotel and they collected us from the Airport with less than a 5 minute wait and took us back to the Hotel to collect our car.

Bar and restaurant staff were excellent as was reception. One room was quite small for a twin given the size of the other room. Shower was not great but as only staying one night and limited time using hotel facilities did not complain.
