Room was clean and big enough for three people.
Didn´t like wi-fi wasn´t free. Little surprise these days. There was bad smell in the room. Maybe just painted walls or something. However just one night stay and everything was good enough.
We decided to go home a day early. Don't have the breakfast. It wasn't bad for the money but wouldn't stay there again unless going with a male. Very handy for tube and restaurants plus the exhibition centre.
The room was very basic including the lock on the room. We didn't always feel the safest. Paper thin walls which were very noisy. We paid extra for breakfast and had mouldy toast which we were informed was still in date like that made it ok and s machine hot drink. Kitchen wasn't very clean. Only one shower on the top floor and a toilet on each floor.
location, beds and price
Having on site parking was excellent even though it was an extra cost
Nice staff, willing to help and make a nice stay
Room and bathroom too small, heating not easy to manage properly, breakfast very basic
- location - clean
- breakfast is basically a toasts with jam or cerials
The staff are very accommodating, they are efficient and the hotel is comfortable, reasonable and in a good location
Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Superb location for getting about, close to tube station. Value for money. Able to leave luggage on day of departure.
Dated decor. Small bathroom.
The hotel was tidy. Located in a good area, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Less than five minutes from Earl's Court tube station. The breakfast was nice!
Paying for hotel wifi in 2014 is a little bit absurd.
Breakfast options & incent smell in hotel
Room Cold Poor Food
Unfriendly staff. Hotel has no liift and wifi is chargeable. Breakfast is just cereals and toast. Housekeeper kept knocking our door even before the latest check-out time.
Hotel Staff barely speaks English; No free Internet after 24h; room design is old, should be refreshed; no lift; breakfasts are very poor - toast with butter does not mean "continental breakfast"; smells of cigarettes in bathroom; smells in corridor; price is not adequate to quality of the hotel
the location is good and transport is convenient.
it shows the wifi is free but there is a staff asking me to pay £5 for the wifi code. And the breakfast is so simple.
If you stay in the summer, choose a room not in the highest floors because the windows almost don't open (security rules) and there isn't an air conditioning.
The staff very friendly and told us all we needed to know right away. Location was very close to the underground and was a very comfortable stay.
Nothing big, but perhaps a bigger variety for breakfast would be better
Location Helpfulness of staff Cleanliness Value for money
Breakfast was only open for 90 minutes and closed at 9.00, we were on holiday with teenagers so missed it by 10 minutes.
Very clean and good location for sightseeing especially the museums, Room basic but comfortable and reception manned 24 hours.
Staff speak very little english, not very welcoming and some even rude. No bathrooms on every level and breakfast very basic.
Close to train station, plenty of restaurants to chose from
Noisy, very hot room, being on the top floor and having to carry luggage up three flights of stairs
Unfortunately no lift in the hotel
Location, near metro station
Room the size of a shoebox, room so so hot, room so so noisey woken every morning early once at 530am.Staff indifferent. I would never stay here again. No safe, no free wifi, basically a bed a chair a tv and telephone ( who even needs that) bathroom smelled musty and place no good if you have mobility issues.
There is no such thing as a continental breakfast...
Your hotel location was very central near Earls Court Tube station which made it convenient to move around to the various London tourist sites. The rooms were clean. House keeping did a good job.
Carrying our heavy bags one floor up by steps was very uncomfortable. An English Breakfast is recommended. Size of your shower closet was too small. The world weather is changing and you should seriously think of installing A/C's in the rooms. The fans provided were of help.
