If you stay in the summer, choose a room not in the highest floors because the windows almost don't open (security rules) and there isn't an air conditioning.
The staff very friendly and told us all we needed to know right away. Location was very close to the underground and was a very comfortable stay.
Nothing big, but perhaps a bigger variety for breakfast would be better
Location Helpfulness of staff Cleanliness Value for money
Breakfast was only open for 90 minutes and closed at 9.00, we were on holiday with teenagers so missed it by 10 minutes.
Very clean and good location for sightseeing especially the museums, Room basic but comfortable and reception manned 24 hours.
Staff speak very little english, not very welcoming and some even rude. No bathrooms on every level and breakfast very basic.
Close to train station, plenty of restaurants to chose from
Noisy, very hot room, being on the top floor and having to carry luggage up three flights of stairs
Unfortunately no lift in the hotel
Location, near metro station
Room the size of a shoebox, room so so hot, room so so noisey woken every morning early once at 530am.Staff indifferent. I would never stay here again. No safe, no free wifi, basically a bed a chair a tv and telephone ( who even needs that) bathroom smelled musty and place no good if you have mobility issues.
There is no such thing as a continental breakfast...
Your hotel location was very central near Earls Court Tube station which made it convenient to move around to the various London tourist sites. The rooms were clean. House keeping did a good job.
Carrying our heavy bags one floor up by steps was very uncomfortable. An English Breakfast is recommended. Size of your shower closet was too small. The world weather is changing and you should seriously think of installing A/C's in the rooms. The fans provided were of help.
Friendly and very helpful staff who will go out of their way to assist you.Pleasantly surprised how the decor and facilities of the room and dining area were of a good standard and all you need for an overnight stay. Location and proximity to Earls Court was a real bonus for going in and out of London.
The location was amazing, perfect for Earl's Court. Well within walking distance and the area is nice enough that walking to and from the hotel after dark feels fine.
Location was satisfactory...
Staff were poor, rude and could hardly speak english. The continental breakfast that was promised was nothing more than a few slices of toast and a bowl of cornflakes. The room was extremely poor, unclean and non spacious. The bed was uncomfortable... Overall, there was no value for money, it was extaution.
Misleading to be called aS hotel as many guests booked it through internet and many been misled thinking it was a great deal for such location near to Earl's Court tube station but such London 3 or 4 floors s"old town house has No lift, no porter or rather no one give a damn to their guests especially those been put on the highest floor struggling with their luggage . I ended up have to split my luggage, moved my belonging few times up and down those steep steps and repack in the reception corner. Same ! they don't care as if all their guests who really struggled up/down those steeps in their premisses as "transparent". It is fair if someone booked into a b & b as one know what to expect. But since it is called Manor hotel in such a good location, it just simply misleading
Just a few minutes walk from Metro station and staffs are very friendly
The twin room is on the basement and the shared toilet is extremely small; Breakfast is poor
God location and easy to access from public transport. Clean comfortable room.
Friendly reception staff, and very helpful.
Nice friendly staff, booked our early morning taxi and rang through when it had arrived. Upgraded from a basic room to a room with shower facilities. Very clean and extremely good value for money!
Location is good. You can book a day trip with anderson tour and walk to earls court exhibition centre for the pick up and drop off. Can take bus c1 from earls court exhibition centre to westfield shopping mall (white station - last terminus).
Staff friendly and very helpfull.
Our room was on the ground floor and you could hear the people walking in the room above you
iron, bathroom, bed
top floor room (23) had clearly been refurbished - no problems with cleanliness, comfy beds, fairly quiet for London. Breakfast simple but OK, all fine for a one night stop.
Small and basic, not much storage
The price and location were okay.
The shared toilet facilities with 20 other guests. Small rooms with incredibly thin walls. The website told us that we payed as we leaved the accommodation, however, money was demanded up front so we could not leave as the accommodation was that bad.
It was exactly what I needed for an overnight stay. I appreciated the cancellation criteria.
Excellent location. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Very nice for shopping trip :)
Breakfast very basic, but not bad.
ONLY LOCATION IS GOOD.
TRIPLE ROOM IS NOT COMFORTABLE FOR 3 PEOPLE AND ALSO BATHROOM IS CONGESTED.WI FI IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY , AND ALSO THE RROM IS IN SOME CORNER OF THE HOTEL LIKE UNDERGROUND. I WONT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.AND ALSO BREAKFAST IS NOT GOOD.
