We liked everything about this hotel, especially the location and the opulent interior.
The dining room and bar had nice views over the promenade. The breakfast was lovely!
We only stayed one night but the staff allowed us in early and were very helpful, phoning taxis, offering help, free bucks fizz etc
If I am being really picky the bed was too soft for me but that is a personal thing
Loved the location on the seafront staffwete llovely and friendly really enjoyed the bucks fizz for breakfast
HELPFUL STAFF, LOCATION VALUE FOR MONEY, GOOD BREAKFAST, CLEAN AND WELL DECORATED, FAIR PRICES AT THE BAR,PLENTY OF SPACE AROUND THE TABLES AT MEAL TIMES
A LITTLE WAY OUT OF THE CENTRE OF TOWN BUT NOTHING A TAXI TRIP COULDNT CURE 2-50 EACH WAY
the views the friendly staff and great breakfast
nothing everything was great
Staff very friendly and welcoming, lovely well presented dining/bar area, room clean & tidy and bedroom area lovely & warm. Breakfast great
Only downside was bathroom which wasn't heated and gave up having a shower as water was hot then cold.
Upgraded to sea view king size which made our stay really comfortable whilst working in the area. Very good breakfast. Lovely fluffy towels.!
No resteraunt. I understand it will open in the season. Dirty windows but I think it was due to sea spay and salt that's all. Unavoidable
It was located very near to where I was working
Electric shower lacked water pressure
Large room for family room, sea view
The room was lovely however the towel ring was almost coming out the wall which let it down slightly.
Room had a sea view through 2 windows. Excellent breakfast. Close to the Theatre. Friendly staff. Had a meal in town, followed by the Theatre and then a good night's sleep ready for the next day.
Nothing really except that I would prefer a shower cubicle than 'over the bath'.
Location , room, breakfast.
WiFi reception, no lift and no car park.
Brilliant service as usual
Paid for suite with sea view. Very disappointed to be put on ground floor. Not the same as the rooms at the front of the property on the upper floors. Very disappointed!!!
Large, very clean bedroom and sizeable bathroom which was also spotless. Thankfully it was also quiet.
The hot water could have been hotter and more plentiful but it did not mar my stay.
I would rate the hotel TEN out of TEN The room was nice and warm and very clean The breakfast was excellent. The staff were excellent. I will be staying there again.
Comfortable clean bed. Close to the Theatre
Chose this hotel for its close proximity to the theatre venue. Couple of decent restaurants close by (book). Sky Sports and free wi fi was a bonus. V good breakfast with excellent service
Our room was tiny and a little claustrophobic. It was a very windy weekend and there was a howling wind ringing around the room all night. It's not the hotels fault it was windy, but the window needed attention!
I was visiting a convention on my own so I wanted to be close to Venue cymru. It was about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The stairs were difficult for me with my luggage.
Loved the room with a fantastic view Great breakfast Brill location for the Wales Centre
Staff were very friendly, food excellent, drinks reasonably priced.
Hooks needed in bathroom option of two friends staying needed in this survey.....we were two elderly sisters who had single rooms
Warm, comfortable hotel with lovely staff and very good breakfast. Excellent value.
Wish my room had a sea view, as location was lovely, but you can't have everything!
Relaxing decor and attention to detail. Food was also very good
Partial sea view. I expected to be sea facing and was in a side room. I expected to be sea facing and probably requested a different room in booked had I know this.
We booked the penthouse - there was 3 of us, but I think it could easily have slept 5. It was warm, and clean and well equipped Its quite a walk into Llandudno - but the views are superb. The staff were lovely and we were made most welcome - I'd definitely recommend a stay here
This sounds a bit petty but if it was my hotel, I'd want to know - the breakfast was only ok, the cheap sausages spoiled it for us all - try Edwards of Conwy [sorry!]
Good Service Excellent Breakfast Value for money Seafront Location Stylish Décor Excellent Heating Clean and tidy
Our room was a little cramped and if it had been more than 1 night it would have been a problem.
