Lovely stay, beautiful room and being on the ground floor was really good for my Husband who has limited mobility. Breakfast was very good. Only one little thing no shaving point. very minor.

Pleasant friendly service. Obviously recently refurbished and very clean. Shower facilities were excellent. The stairs were a bit difficult to negotiate with luggage. Not advisable for anyone with walking difficulties.

The Bar area, breakfast rooms were contemporary and friendly. The corridor areas were clear and tidy. The staff friendly. The breakfast very good. Our room and bathroom whilst clean,was small and cramped and in need of a makeover, our friends all had the same complaint. We had to leave at 7.30 on Sunday and the hotel was inflexable over providing breakfast so we paid for it but did not recieve it.

Free wi-fi, super friendly staff, cosy bar, hearty breakfast, close to Venue Cymru. I was in the single room (No.9) which is a bit on the small side, but it was very economical !

Location on sea front. Excellent breakfast choices. Spacious bedroom. Parking a bit awkward on Bank Holiday weekend. Noisy children running on corridor but not fault of owners.

Friendly and receptive management and staff. Good location. Well presented family room that comfortably accommodated 4 PAX - 2 adults and 2 near-teens boys. Shower facility in the bathroom - no mixer. Either scalding hot water or freezing. However the management made available another room for us (with electric shower) for bathing. Sub optimal solution but it worked!

The hotel has lovely sea views and the decor inside is up to date and modern. We booked 2 rooms including 1 family room and both were spacious. All staff were very pleasant, the bedding and towels spotless and we enjoyed a friendly drink in the bar in the evening. Only a few minor improvements -One of the headboards needed fixing to the bed and there was not a socket by the dressing table to use the hairdryer. There were however a number of other usable points including another near a mirror in the room.

good value for money pleasant staff clean and warm good food The only TV was in the bar populated in the evening by locals who watched non stop sport Parking was a nightmare Despite specifying no stairs for my 83 old mum she was put on the first floor

Go to Llandudno quite a lot but first time to stay here. Mark, the owner very friendly. Small hotel but well stocked bar. Good breakfast. Had an excellent room with sea view on two sides. Very clean. We felt it was good value and would stay again.
