Helpful staff; simple fare but suitable for Father (91) and myself-dauughter. Quiet room. Good location for attendding Theatre. Parking easy. Look forward to next visit.

The hotel had a good feel about it. We were lucky enough to get a corner room with with a view down the beach, Great views. I liked the gull that sat outside our window every morning, looking in. We could quite clearly hear footsteps from the upstairs room. This could have been a problem if the occupants were more boisterous.

Easy to find with ample free street parking alongside, good breakfast to set you up for the day. Fix the loo seat, it's loose and slips off the pan when you sit on it.

Breakfast Clean comfortable beds I felt that the room was lacking. I felt it could have been better laid out. I would have liked to have upgraded to the superior suite but although I asked I was never given the opportunity. I originally thought it may have been taken although it appeared that we were the only geusts for most of the week. My main feeling was that it was probably too much trouble.

Convenient location with sea view. Not as good as previously remembered. Think new owners since last stay. Decor not to our liking. Room was cold on arriving on a very wet and windy day, and hot water wasn't working properly, therefore unable to warm up properly. Breakfast felt rushed.

Friendly staff very welcoming extremely large pleasant rooms and very comfy nicely decorated, location near to seafront and not to far from town if you don't mind a short walk, range of food very good, english breakfast satisfying As they are quite away from town centre could think about doing evening meals

I liked the friendly welcome even though I was heavily delayed. The accommodation was first class and breakfast was excellent. The decor is great. I would highly recommend Manor Hotel to others and have already done so.

Booked last minute for a weekend break. Decided to 'splash out' and book a deluxe kingsize room. We were given room 11 and it did not disappoint! Very comfy large bed, excellent furnishings, bathroom with full bath, plenty of tea and coffee and dual aspect windows with superb view. Bar area was welcoming and friendly and breakfast the next morning was very much enjoyed, freshly cooked and plenty of it, also with a sea view. We will definitely return !!! Only minor problem was with the shower which went from very hot to very cold with no rhyme nor reason.

It is a very comfortable hotel. Located on the front overlooking the sea and very close to the theatre which we like to visit. Not too far from the shopping areas. The bar area is nice to relax in with a good selection of drinks to choose from. Breakfast is plentiful with choice of cereals and yoghurts, then a cooked breakfast of your choice. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.
