Close to the pier, this seafront hotel offers rooms with flat-screen TVs and hearty, full English breakfasts. Llandudno’s beach is just a 2 minute walk away, and free parking is available.
Score from 386 reviews Very good
It was far enough out of town to give us a good walk each day, but not too far out. Also we could park for free just outside.
Room was a bit small but the view made up for it!
Clean welcoming and friendly staff
Bed was too hard
The sea view room was fantastic.
Perhaps the furnishings could be replaced as they looked a little tired. The breakfast room had a noisy fridge/deep freeze which meant breakfast wasn't quite a peaceful as we would have liked.
the food was good the staff were good ,value for money .
dated room/ wallpaper coming away from wall, overall it was clean .bathroom needs refurbishing .
Everything bar one little inconvenience
The little inconvenience, we stayed in the penthouse suite and due to this being located on the top floor, Wifi could only be accessed on the stairway up to the suite but not in the suite itself. Everything else, great!!
The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room was well prepared with lovely sea views.
Nice views, clean hotel.
The beds were un-comfy.
location close to Venue Cymru Friendly, welcoming staff very clean hotel large rooms nice cosy bar area
there was no restaurant for evening meal and room a bit dusty
Everything, except the staff who were very friendly, we paid extra for a "Superior" room which was very poor, god knows what an ordinary room is like, we won't be going back.
good view of sea,
The room we had was so small we couldnt pass each other around the bed .the bed was hard as nails so didnt get much sleep.smell from drain in shower and shower cubicle tiny.asked for poached egg on toast for breakfast, was told toast was seperate.Room way over priced.
Lovely room, lovely view, excellent bed, good breakfast, lovely hot water.
It would have been nice not to be asked to pay the remaining amount of our bill practically the very second we walked through the front door frazzled from a long journey.
A very clean hotel with friendly staff. Family room was ideal for myself, husband and 2 teenagers as double & 2 singles, not a lot of room to spare but ideal for a few nights and very clean
The beds were very old and uncomfortable, the mattresses need replacing or toppers placed on top as springs were coming through or just replace the beds
Excellent location for theatre and lovely breakfast
limited drinking time in bar - bar closed early for residents especially Fri & Sat night when you want to relax with drink after a long day
Location was great Staff first class Breakfast very good
The bed had a broken slat which made the bed uncomfortable, Being next to the public toilet, was a nuisance.however we had a very nice break.
after being the theatre it was nice to stroll back to the manor an have a drink at the bar.it was very well stocked
The breakfast, the staff, the location.
Good night sleep and a good breakfast
Drinks a little pricey
Views and free parking nearby. Staff were friendly.
Room cluttered with ancient furniture. Mugs had not been cleaned properly. Dust on various surfaces. Only one bedlight working.
The sea view, breakfast, warm welcome, room was lovely. Late breakfast was great no rushing x perfect
The bathroom area was a bit dated but it was clean and tidy x
Room and bathroom was clean.breakfast was good enough.we didnt have to wait long , even though there was only one member of staff.
No mattress protector, nothing between sheet and mattress. Mirrors all smeared. Dont serve food.
Uses two single bed to make a double quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Rooms need updating
Comfortable room with a good sea view. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
The friendliness of the staff. We were given a great welcome and an evening meal was booked for us.We had a great view of the sea.The bed was comfortable.Ours was a late booking,so we were very lucky.
I found two flights of stairs very difficult, but we had been warned that their was no lift, so can't complain. The lack of a grab handle for getting in and out of the shower.
We enjoyed our weekend here. The breakfast was very good, and staff helpful. The bedrooms clean and comfy.
Walking up to the second floor, we are not as young and fit as we used to be.
