Everything about this friendly ,cosy b&b is excellent.I Particularly like the rooms and the cooked breakfast which is always nicely presented, not too much and very enjoyable.

would have liked mushrooms and choice of omelette on the breakfast menu. The continental breakfast consisted of a tasteless roll with a piece of orange cheddar cheese and a sliced tomato. More like a lunch and rather than cause offence I placed it in a napkin and into my bag. Would have liked porridge and I would have liked wholemeal toast and bread that was properly toasted.

Walls between rooms are a bit thin (although this is a common fault). Dining room a bit cool.

A friendly welcome, big family room, late breakfast, quiet night's sleep, reasonable price, easy parking on the street outside.

Decor is very dated, double beds are small, breakfast is functional rather than unmissable.

It was in the ideal location for meeting family who live in the West End of Glasgow. The owners were friendly and helpful. Our room was soacious and nicely furnished. It was also nice and warm.

West end proximity, so good selection of restaurants. Close to city-bound bus services. Rear rooms quiet.

Front rooms could be noisy due to main road traffic

I had requested a room on the ground floor and it was a large and very nice. The staff were very attentive and gave me lots of info about transport to the city. It was near where I wanted to be so that was great.

The owners are friendly, hospitable and efficient. They are helpful and reliable as regards advice re. dining and commuting in and out of Glasgow. Excellent breakfast. On a previous stay, they were even so accommodating as to allow me to practise my bagpipes in the dining room when it was not otherwise in use. Would that all hotel proprietors were so understanding!

We only stayed for one night but found the hotel comfortable and had a good breakfast. Proprietors friendly.

The staff was very friendly. Big, clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

It's a bit far from city center, but it's easy to reach there with car (I found parking easily) and public transportation.
