Warmth demonstrated by the staff & the care & attention given was exemplary.The scottish breakfast was indeed very well laid out & wholesome. Angus & Cathy were someone to remember for a long time. Having confirmed availabilty of room on ground floor, going back to suggest that it was NOT available during the checking-in was disappointing especially having indicated that I have serious back problem in my mails earlier.This is not a complaint please. |

Very friendly welcome, large comfortable room at the top of the house and an en-suite with plumbing that worked. On-street parking is easy, and location is very convenient for the City and the SECC. Sleeping under sheets and blankets........took me back about thirty years! Bed linen was clean but very tired; sheet had a hole in it! 21st century duvets would be a considerable improvement. Reviews had been very positive about breakfast, but the 'Full Scottish' breakfast was a disappointment, it was not well cooked.....hard fried egg for example. |

The fact that the staff were helpful and efficient without being too '' In your face.'' It was difficult for the taxi driver to find and he had to phone the hotel in the end. When I got there I would have loved a drink and a sandwich but it wasn't available. |

Very friendly staff and excellent value for money with breakfast included in the cost of the room. Easy access to local bus services. Pity it is located 2.5 miles from the city centre but no complaints about the hotel. |

I liked the feeling of the house and the beautiful staircase leading up the the bedrooms and breakfast was nice with plenty choice. The couple who run it are so helpful and friendly very suited to their job. |

Great, spacious rooms, with a large bathroom. Very clean throughout. Owners friendly and made us feel very welcome. Good, hearty Scottish breakfast that set us up for the day. All in all very good value and would definitely recommend the hotel to others. |

What I liked most was the hotel owners' hospitality. I really felt at home during my stay. The eggs, bacon and potato scones cooked by Cathy were superb. Cathy and Angus were always available to give directions. I also liked the retro atyle of my big room. Although the hotel is not in the city centre, it is located very close to a bus stop with buses 7 and 62 going to the city centre. |

J'ai trouvé mon séjour très bien, le personnel est chaleureux et adorable. La chambre était très jolie, j'ai apprécié la petite bouilloire pour se faire un thé ou un café. De plus la chambre dispose d'un dispositif pour repasser ses vêtements. C'est à une heure à pied du centre de Glasgow mais l'endroit est bien desservit. |

Excellente adresse, mais difficile d'accès (aucune indication sur les voies à proximité) Hotel très calme, accueil sympathique, patron attentif / petit déjeuner copieux vous devirez indiquer les coordonnées GPS de l'hotel pour faciliter l'accès car les GPS de voiture peinent un peu avec les reprères, on pourrait programmer plus utilement la machine |
