In a quiet street, this Kensington hotel is a 2-minute walk from Earls Court Exhibition Center and Earls Court Tube Station. It has an evening bar and spacious rooms with Georgian features. About a 10-minute walk from Hyde Park, Maranton House Hotel is a family-run hotel with original Georgian features, including high ceilings and Georgian windows. Each unique room has free Wi-Fi, room service, a tiled bathroom, and some have armchairs. Some of Maranton House's front-facing rooms have a balcony overlooking the tree-lined square. A sunny breakfast room is on the lower-ground floor and serves Continental and full English breakfasts. French doors lead out onto a small patio. Guests can also access the private garden square. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, perfect location. Two problems during staying: a) reception hours are from 08/00 a.m. till 11.00 p.m. and WiFi access is working according to the reception schedule. b) in my room was very objectionable odor from the bathroom? the problem was solved only by constant switching on ventilation system in the bathroom.

Centrally located but just off a main street so has the potential to be quiet. Quaint old house with lots of storage. Good sized room and bathroom-- nice shower. Loved the proximity to a great bakery, pub, the Earl's Court tube station and a launderette. Free WiFi. Liked that the owner works on the property. Hotel is in need of some updates and repairs like new carpets and the flushing mechanism for our toilet came out of the wall. WiFi does not work in all rooms, including ours. Needed to keep the window open to cool the room, but construction across the street made it difficult some nights to get a full night's sleep.

Very quiet surroundings, even when you're in the middle of London. The showers are quite low. When you are tall, it;s difficult to shower.

The location, the staff, the balcony and the size of the bathroom. The knob on the shower fell off when I twisted it and the 1970s hairdryer fell apart when I used it. The wifi connected but was not strong enough for me to use for any work and the tv was terrestrial only.

The entrance and hallway looks very nice and shiny for an average level hotel. Breakfast quite adequate, with spacious breakfast room and friendly staff. Most reviews say the shower is small, but I think it was just fine... The room and specially the breakfast room was a bit cold... not enough heating. Also, the room need some refurbishment.

Liked the location - Underground just up the road made it easy to get around London. The biddet was extremely smelly in the morning and the odor overtook the room..

L'entrata e la posizione non troppo periferia non troppo centro . Zona molto tranquilla. Le camere minuscole , il letto di vecchia generazione a molle scomodissimo e praticamente l'acqua del bagno appena tiepida.

Süßes kleines Hotel im Nobelviertel Kensington. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß für zwei Personen. In 5 Gehminuten erreichtman neben der Subway (Earls Court) auch etliche Buslinien die direkt in die Innenstadt fahren. Einige Pubs, Restaurants und Drogeriemärkte befinden sich im direkten Umfeld zum Hotel. Die Lage in der Seitenstraße verhindert laute Verkehrsgeräusche. Das Personal war sehr freundlichen und ging auf alle Wünsche ein. Wer sich in der Zeit selbst verpflegen möchte sollte jedoch schauen, dass er zusätzliches Besteck dabei hat. Ein Wasserkocher sowie Tassen und ein Fön gehören zur Grundausstattung. Preis/Leistung waren top da man von hier aus alle wichtigen Spots der Stadt (Piccadilly Circus) innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht. Definitiv auch für den nächsten Trip in die Stadt zu empfehlen! Kein wirklicher Mangel, jedoch zu beachten ist dass die Fenster in Sachen Wäremeisolierung nicht wirklich helfen.

Piccolo albergo, pulito e curato nell'arredamento, silenzioso, zona tranquilla e comodissimo perchè a 3 minuti dalla metro, wifi gratuito nella hall Solo che la cornetta della mia doccia era rotta e non mi è stata sostituita

Ligging: dichtbij Earl's Court metro, aan rustig pleintje met tuin, leuke buurt Gezellig hotel, voor Londen best grote kamer, thee en koffie, veel kastruimte Zeer slechte douche, klein bed.

La situation geographique - deux minutes du metro. Un environement sympa avec un parc en face de hotel et des pubs traditionnels pas loin. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un deco tres anglais! La proprete de la chambre et la manque finitions. On a eu des draps troués et notre salle de bains manquait de carreau au sol - remplacé par un carreau du mur tout fissuré. La moquette et les fleurs en tissue plein de poussiere n'aide pas les allergies ou l'asthme! Attention, une des raisons que j'ai pris cet hotel etait pour son "petit-déjeuner continental et un petit-déjeuner anglais complet" (dixit booking.com). Il n'y a pas de english breakfast dans cet hotel!!!!! Tres decue.

Sijainti metroaseman läheisyydessä. Helppo saapua lentokentältä metrolla. Kuvauksessa luvattin internetyhteys huoneista - ei ollut, ainakaan tässä huoneessa. Huone ja kaapistot todella pienet,samoin sänky. Aamiainen suppea ja epäterveellinen. Aamiaishuone kylmä,samoin kylpyhuone.

ett litet mysigt hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det var nära till tunnelbanan och till buss som gick till centrum. i vårt trebäddsrum blev det ganska trångt att få rum med tre resväskor. vi bodde längst upp med 66 trappor att gå i. vi hade kunnat tänka oss lite variation på frukosten med tex lite grovt bröd.

Das man einen Eingangssschlüssel bekommen hat und nicht auf das Hotel Personal angewiesen war. Frühstück wurde extra berechnet und beim aus checken wurde nicht mal gefragt ob man gefrühstückt hat es wurde einfach zusätzlich berechnet! Haarfön war nicht Funktionsfähig

Superb beliggenhet, bare to minutters gange fra tbanestasjonen. Flere utmerkede restauranter I umiddelbar nærhet, Det var ikke heis! Tungvint å dra barnevognen opp tre etasjer.
