Maranton House Hotel Kensington  

I was disappointed with the facilities in this hotel. The shower was bad and the water was not warm enough despite the heater. The staff doesnt replace toiletries and I had to purchase on my own. For redemption, it is near the Tube and if travellers want accommodation for just sleeping over, you may consider this place. If not, try others.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but adequate. Location was great and near the tube.

Room was very small and everything was old like the carpet and bedspread.

Centrally located but just off a main street so has the potential to be quiet. Quaint old house with lots of storage. Good sized room and bathroom-- nice shower. Loved the proximity to a great bakery, pub, the Earl's Court tube station and a launderette. Free WiFi. Liked that the owner works on the property.

Hotel is in need of some updates and repairs like new carpets and the flushing mechanism for our toilet came out of the wall. WiFi does not work in all rooms, including ours. Needed to keep the window open to cool the room, but construction across the street made it difficult some nights to get a full night's sleep.

Really big room and big toilet. Nice view from the window. Quiet street near the hotel.

Internet conection only in a lobby :-(

Het typisch engelse karakter van het hotel, de ligging vlakbij (metro) station Earl's Court, de ligging tegenover een parkje, de kamer met balkon, de vriendelijke ontvangst en de hulp van de receptie.

het ontbijt, de uitstraling en de bediening in de eetzaal waren wat minder.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, die Herren an der Rezeption waren immedr sehr hilfsbereit das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich

Das Frühstück ist preiswert, die Qualität ist aber verbesserungswürdig

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pernottato presso l'albergo dal 11 al 15 febbraio 2012. L'albergo è situato in ottima posizione: vicinanza alla metro, ristoranti, pub, farmacie, supermercati, etc... la stanza veniva pulita tutti I giorni, si affacciava sulla strada principale con la vista su un parchetto, dotata di tv, bollitore, bagno grande con asciugamani, 2 piccoli armadietti, tavolino, scrivania e 2 sedie, . personalmente ci siamo trovati molto bene, e lo staff è stato disponibile e gentile.

L'entrata e la posizione non troppo periferia non troppo centro . Zona molto tranquilla.

Le camere minuscole , il letto di vecchia generazione a molle scomodissimo e praticamente l'acqua del bagno appena tiepida.

Süßes kleines Hotel im Nobelviertel Kensington. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß für zwei Personen. In 5 Gehminuten erreichtman neben der Subway (Earls Court) auch etliche Buslinien die direkt in die Innenstadt fahren. Einige Pubs, Restaurants und Drogeriemärkte befinden sich im direkten Umfeld zum Hotel. Die Lage in der Seitenstraße verhindert laute Verkehrsgeräusche. Das Personal war sehr freundlichen und ging auf alle Wünsche ein. Wer sich in der Zeit selbst verpflegen möchte sollte jedoch schauen, dass er zusätzliches Besteck dabei hat. Ein Wasserkocher sowie Tassen und ein Fön gehören zur Grundausstattung. Preis/Leistung waren top da man von hier aus alle wichtigen Spots der Stadt (Piccadilly Circus) innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht. Definitiv auch für den nächsten Trip in die Stadt zu empfehlen!

Kein wirklicher Mangel, jedoch zu beachten ist dass die Fenster in Sachen Wäremeisolierung nicht wirklich helfen.

Piccolo albergo, pulito e curato nell'arredamento, silenzioso, zona tranquilla e comodissimo perchè a 3 minuti dalla metro, wifi gratuito nella hall

Solo che la cornetta della mia doccia era rotta e non mi è stata sostituita

Ha bisogno di un restauro !

スタッフがとても親切で気持ちよく滞在出来た。また、お部屋も親戚のおばあちゃんの家に泊まりにきたような- 感じで快適に過ごせた。

エレベーターがなかったため、ベビーカーと子供を抱えて最上階へ行くのが大変だった。ロンドンでは仕方ない- のかもしれないが、部屋の質と料金が見合っていないように感じた（格安料金で１泊£１１２程）。
