Good location next to Edgware road where are lots of Middle eastern restaurants and shops. Bus stops are within short walking distance. Luca, the property manager was welcoming and willing to show the facilities around the place.
Bedrooms are so small and hardly can move inside them. Bathroom needs maintenance, broken toilet seat, water leaks in the sink. Found some bugs around the flat. I expected more value for the money but the location made it up for me.
Very comfortable for a London flat. It is hard to find something with a bit of space, but this was as good as I have seen in London. Easy walk to tours and shopping.
The elevators were not always working and a little difficult to get our luggage in and out. But would not put us off.
The staff is wonderful, location is close to Arabic restaurant
No reception, the address in booking is different the actual one. Price is very very high
Location and the whole apartment was brilliant
Finding the apartment. Address we were given was wrong
the apartment was nice and with all comforts. the market is very close and also the tube station (Edgware Road) and also Paddington station
the area is full of restaurants from Lebabon and Arabia, not many international restaurants available
The living space, the kitchen equipment, the staff support were great any problems were quickly sorted.
The mice that were running about late at night in the lounge, hall way and kitchen area. One of the single mattresses in that smelt bad, that you were unable to sleep on. The lack of a family bathroom that would enable third bedroom occupants to access bathing facilities with disturbing other bedroom users.
Everyting was perfect
rats in the Room. really small room, general disaster. price high for a really bad service
great place in heart of london.very close to edgware road the street of arab.all you need you got it supermarkets.underground .realy the situation is perfect.mr.Luca is very kind and helpfull man.the cleaning and service daily.will come back again
location was great
a little dirty & the check in process was a bit confusing
The location, and Maia and Luca.....zero response time, which was fantastic.
The really small lounge and bathroom. Kitchen too was minute.
They lied about the location, its different on the map
Spacious apartment. Good location.
Quite noisy at night. Ants in the bathrooms.
I like the location, its near oxford st, lots halal foods and the facilities, they have 2 toilets, kitchen including microwaves and fridge.
there is no cleaning services coming to clean the apartment. we also drop our rubbish bags in front of the door and no one pick it up for 4 days. it also very difficult to contact the customer service officer.
Everything was bad.
Changing my booked place to a different place than what shown in booking. Bath, kitchen, hall were full of insicts and ants thats very dirty. Small bath and hand wash space that cant put your hands to wash. The personnel from the hotel dont answer my calls. I couldnt stat exept for one night and they take all the money of my booking of 4 nights. I felt lied on.
Central Location close to Edgware road, and close to underground stations. Friendly and helpful staff who were very accommodating in letting us keep our luggage in the apartment until late afternoon on the departure date.
Check in is meant to be carried out in a different building about 10 minutes walk away, which was rather inconvenient as we waited outside a locked building for more than 20 minutes before we were met by the person managing the check in process. Would suggest that management considers doing the check in where the apartments are located, this would make the whole process a lot smoother.
It is within walking distance to Oxford Street - great for those who wants to shop. It is also easy to get food near the apartment. The staff who waited for us at the apartment was friendly.
Made arrangement with the apartment management to provide airport transfer for us upon arrival. We wasted about 10-15 mins searching for the driver. But the driver did call to tell us where to find him. The apartment number provided by Booking.com on the confirmation voucher is different from the apartment number that we actually stayed in - which caused some confusion when we arrived at Kendal Street.
Room and hall are with great sizes. I like everything there
No room Service available One key only available for the main door of the building
Great location, staff was so polite and helpful
Cleanliness, Comfort Value for money
The apartment was very conveniently situated in the centre and having everything we needed for our family stay. It was close to the tube, to the shops and Hyde park. We enjoyed staying there and have a plan to stay again when we visit London.
Too dark in the room, as the apartment is situated on the ground floor, no view through the window.
The staff were very friendly and cooperative, especially young Maria and Louis. The location was also very close to the main shopping streets.
The rooms are small and the beds are not so comfortable. The toilets are not spacious neither enough for a family group. The rate is very highly inflated for this basic level of accommodation.
location appartment space was reasonable secuirity system was excellent thier receptionest; mariya and her staff went out of thier way to help
cleaness can be better, we observed rats and small ants in the building too much noise from the street
