Staff are lovely
Hotel is never a 3 star unclean scruffy generally unpleasant
turned up to mardi gras 2 to find no one there then got a call to tell me we were in mardi gras 1 as they didnt have enough people to deal with 2 hotels so put everyone in one hotel so i cant review this hotel has i didnt get to stay in it so as im concerned i would never reccommend a freind to stay at either hotels
Everything was better than what I expected for the price and breakfast was superb.
Location Cheap price Acceptable facilities
Staff were nowhere to be seen Parking wasn't clearly signposted
The staff were very friendly and informative from booking in til booking out. The hotel is quite near the gay scene so felt very comfortable staying there for the evening. Even tho the room was a budget room it was still very clean and very comfortable.
Great location for gay travellers.
Staff were rude bar shut early and with no drinks allowed in your room unless you buy from the bar we were disappointed.
room wasnt cleaned after first day, had to ask for fresh towels at reception and wait for them to find how to get them, first check in guy advised I was at their other hotel, then they found I was at this one, was told no problem parking there, then the second check in guy advised that there was no space as first come first served. having stayed here before I went to check the parking and there were spaces available. Its ok if u just want somewhere to sleep and not fussed about the staff or cleanliness. oh and turned up for breakfast bang on ten am and they made us feel uncomfortable. There has to be more welcoming places to stay especially being gay run
