Needs updating that's all
Staff and comfort and cleanliness of rooms
Only half an hour window for breakfast is not great, but it suited us fine
I loved the size of the rooms they were amazing, great value for money. Definitely be staying there again :)
Not much to complain about at all really just the thin duvet cover. The staff was lovely but hovered a little at breakfast. Apart from that perfect 5*
Very helpful staff
easy to find, very clean will be going back again no problems
We arrived at Mardi Gras 2 and the lad behind the counter said he didn't have us booked in. He said we must be in the wrong hotel. I explained that we certainly had a booking here and tried to show him my confirmatiom. He totally ignored me and rang Mardi gras 1. He then told us we were booked in but the room had flooded and there were no rooms left. I was getting annoyed and asked why no one rang me to tell me of this. We went and met the manager. The manager was nice and couldn't apologise more. He ensured we had another hotel to stay in. We actually had a lovely time in the park house guest house. My issue was the lad from Mardi Gras 2. He was rude and told us several different stories which we found so annoying.
position of hotel was great ,and a decent breakfast too staff were really friendly though ok for a few nights stay
