Good central location friendly staff and reception

breakfast was good but not given a choice and food was wasted as we didn't like some of the items

Bar area is lovely and prices are really good, all the staff are friendly and made us feel really welcome especially Dave he makes that bar. Really close to all the main areas (the promenade, attractions), also offer discount tickets to funny girls at an amazing price. Already working out what dates to go back!

We were made very welcome by all the staff,the rooms are clean and tidy,breakfast was great with a 9.30 to 10.00am service and not rushed.the bar prices are cheap enough.the location is central and not far from bars and clubs,car parks nearby we parked in the multi storey at the end of lord street £16 for a week pass.all 9 of us in our party would recommend this hotel.

The bar was not open late enough fri and sat shut at 12 and on sunday we would have stayed in the hotel for the night to have a drink but the bar was closed at 9.30

the staff was very friendly.breakfast was nice.just could have done with a little enteriament.gloria was great so was the owners n bar staff.

love always choose this hotel,staff are great was gutted gloria didnt greet us on friday,but was there saturday woohoo,just a friendly clean fab hotel be back soon x shouldt big you up to much wont be able to get in lol x

Liked everything staff were very friendly Barman David and Alex were fantastic very chatty and helpful very clean and comfy had a fantastic time and would definitely book here again when next go to Blackpool

Not very accommodating with breakfast as I had an early start each day. Showers cold on the Sat.

The staff were all excellent, especially enjoyed the meet and greet Gloria, all made out stay very comfortable and welcoming, would definately stay here again ideal location and brilliant atmosphere.

Noise some other residents made, howver not hotels fault so would recommend ear plugs.

Exceptionally clean rooms and facilities. Pleasant staff, nice atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely and plentyfull.

The room was to small and the bathroom even smaller. We came back early to have a drink and the bar was shut.

the customer service was excellent.the bedrroms were clean and comfortable.the breakfast was good value

Everything ! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome ,consequently we were more than happy to while away a few hours in the bar .David was chatty ,fun and fabulous and Gloria was charm personified with a knowledge of rugby and Bradford football unparalelled ! Can't wait to return .Rooms spotless and comfy ,breakfast tasty and help yourself to speciality coffee from machine a MUST after a big night out x

i liked everyone made you feel so helpful,rooms where very clean and breakfast was lovely not far from town centre nice quite area and near to train station

the staff were very helpful couldnt do enough for you made you feel very welcome.breakfast was superb and the drinks in the bar were quite reasonable.although this is a gay friendy b&b there were other straight couples who stayed and didnt feel any akwardness everyone was so friendly. the hotel was spotless and wouldnt have any worries staying again thank you mardi gras . only 2 things i can think of was the heating in the hotel was overwelming. also the bedroom floor was very squeaky when moving around ha.

The Staff, The Bar, The Cat (Shirley), Location, The Breakfast. All Fantastic.

The heating was a bit too warm, could have done with some more coffee in our room after we used them all on the first day there.
