Everything was great. Couldn't fault the place, will definitely go back if I go to Blackpool.
Nothing to say.
RELAXED ATMOSPHERE GOOD LOCATION
food fantastic staff fantastic location fantastic
bed was really uncomfortable needs new matress
This is a cosy Guest House with helpful and very kind staff. The stay was very enjoyable. The room was neat and clean and great value for money. The location is great for the bars. Breakfast was really smashing and they had noted I was vegetarian.
Two things: while this will not be an issue for most people in summer: I was visiting in November and the heating going off at 6pm meant the room was chilly when I wanted to shower at 9pm. Secondly, the 9.30am breakfast was obviously appreciated by most guests but I had to be at a Conference at 9.15 so was late each day - so this should be advertised.
my husband and I booked in sunday 7th dec. Robert rang us on our way to check what time we were arriving, we arrived and were greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The facilities were superb we had no complaints what so ever, infact quite the opposite. Robert is an asset and I don't think the place would be the same without him, we have stayed in several places and this is far the best. A star, well done Robert
nothing not to like
how close it was to where we wanted to be and the manager was very welcoming...LOL
The hotel was very local to the bars was very clean and the staff were very friendly
The fact that we had to leave and go home wanted to stay longer. Always next year
Breckfast everthink u ask for u got but it was all ready cooked and warm up when it arrived at the table
Can't fault the cleanliness, lovely rooms and excellent breakfast
Strict no alcohol policy in rooms meant no get together upstairs before we set out to celebrate our friends 60th ( the hosts did allow us to drink our bubbly with breakfast fr which we were grateful)
met with a warm welcome,,staff all great ,,romms very clean,,breakfast excellent,,,central location,,owner very nice guy plesant and welcoming,,,great hotel to stay ,,value for money,,
The hotel ,staff and entertainment was top of the world.. We couldn't of asked for a better place to stay.. Gloria was amazing and we cant wait to come back and meet her again... Thanks guys see you all next year. Mwwaaaahhhhhh xxx Zara & Mark
Great location for our trip to Winter Gardens, clean, comfy, friendly staff and great breakfast. Fantastic value for money.
Bar downstairs closes at 8, alcohol not allowed in rooms,a bit disappointing as we chose it so we could have a drink downstairs before we went to bed.
Close to town centre and night life. The bar downstairs was great.
Plastic sheets on the bed were a bit noisy. But bearable.
Friendly staff. Great locality. Value for money
Loose shower curtain. Tight space between bed and wall
not a lot just the wi fi and location
bar only open if it suited the staff
Bar shutting early in the evening
Staff are great, food is great (you don't have to get the fry up at breakfast if you don't always want it). Drinks are reasonably priced in the hotel bar. Can get to everything from the hotels location plus you can get to blackpool South by tram in minutes and it's just a 5 mins walk into town centre.
My only criticisms are that the blinds don't close properly in the room so the room is very bright very early in the morning, there is damp in the bathroom and the shelf in the bath room has come loose so we couldn't put anything on it as it was slanted and lastly for the 3 nights we were there our towels werent replenished so we had to reuse damp ones we put on the bathroom floor and borrow one from a friends room on the last night.
Super friendly staff . Nice to be in a place without looking over your shoulder for kids . "Gloria" made me and the wifes' weekend . It was such a nice atmosphere to be in that we didn't even go out till late on our first night .This about sums up what the place is like . Your in Blackpool with all the sights and sounds and you don't want to leave the hotel . Thank you to all the staff . We'll be back .
everything about this place
Friendly staff, great bar facilities, very clean and comfortable room.Very close proximity to the gay scene.
Bar only open until 8pm but this wasn't a problem for us as we went out but probably would have used it had it been open.
House bar closed at 8pm as the manager informed us he was tired!!! Breakfast between 9-10am, arrived for 9.50am and was informed we were to late!
Room Outdated, cracked ceilings, dirty shower , heating came on full blast in the night with no option to turn temp down. Very drab room!!
Fun holiday wknd with my fiance. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would recommend the hotel to friends.
