The couple at Mardon House were brilliant people, they were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. They were really helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our room was outstanding and worth every penny. |

We enjoyed our stay here very much, the rooms are excellent and the owner could not do enough for you. We had a very relaxing time and that being the main reason we went, just to get away from normal life for a while. Thank you for a very enjoyable weekend! |

The friendliness from the owners and the large rooms. The bottle of wine and strawberries and shortcake were nice on arrival. The breakfast is very good, I would definately recommend the omelettes....they were superb!! It was generally very good but our room, The Brookside had a slight musty damp smell and fresh towels would have been nice when staying more than one night,but having said that, im sure if we'd asked we would have been given some fresh ones. On the whole it was a pleasurable stay and the owners are really nice people. |
