Comfortable however in need of refurbishment and modernising. No facility for parking ,despite being October road parking difficult. |

The Reception staff greeted us warmly - helped us to our room with cases. There was the option of a lift. The views are stunning with the back of the hotel looking directly over the sea just 5 yards away from the beach. Quiet, with pleasant bar area with balconies. Breakfast was everything you could wish for. Excellent value for money and would definitely go there again. |

sea view from our room, easy access onto promenade. close to bus stop . Dinning room pleasant with sea view.Several restaurants within walking distance Some of the facilities require upgrading ie lift, toilets and bathroom. Would only go if I could have a front room with sea view |

The fact they are one of the few hotels in jersey that offer a rate for single travellers so you dont have to pay the supplement for two people. More hotels should do this. The hotel did not promise anything it did not have. It was exactly as it was advertised. The breakfast was served incredibly quickly. A computer with internet access would have been handy. |

Basic room but very clean with really nice staff, especially helpful woman at reception . Evening meal very good value for money with good food and generous portions. Location great with bus stop few yards from hotel, 5 mins on bus to town centre so no need to get taxis. no toiletries in bathroom |

The receptionist was very nice - and there was a warm welcome but that's the only thing pleasant- i did enjoy a sit outside in the sun, fantastic location, although very noisy road Building work next door started at 6am - road very noisy - service was abysmal both for lunch and breakfast- no variety in food when asked for certain things was just told they didn't have- rooms and public areas in need of an upgrade |

the cooked breakfast no electricy in the bedroom or bathroom for two nights/days, even though it was reported three times. The staff were at times hostile. The noise at night was terrible, very loud shouting inside the hotel as well as outside, nearby pub recycling bottles at all hours. Three nights of hell!!!! |

The hotel was in a lovely location. The hotel was quite pricey compared to any 3- 4 star hotel we have stayed in on european breaks but I suppose according to the prices for Jersey hotels it was probably in the average price range. |

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the decor was dated The bed was okay not too soft. The staff were very accomodating. The breakfast was a normal English with choice of cereals, no complaints. The hotel is situated well for the beach, outdoor swimming pool, not too far to walk into town, and there is a carpark in the adjacent road It was a little noisy at night as there is a bar next door and over the road |

The hotel was nice and clean and in a good location - quiet, in front of the beach. Nice bar. The TWN room we stayed was good size. No yogurt in breakfast. The room was a little too hot. |

Position of the hotel is magical - falling asleep to the sound of the sea against the esplanade - sea is so close to the hotel. Staff very helpful with directions & suggestions about parking. Breakfast excellant - evening bar facilities very convenient - we sat out overlooking the sea. |
