everything under one roof, pool, sauna, steam room, restaurant, bar and night club and good location beside the marina. Bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. Hotel also has its own car park.

Was not allowed to use the leisure facilities after we checked out at 11am - most other hotels are accomodating if you have not had the time to use them before you check out.

The Location Within Bangor Town Centre Is Very Good, The Rooms Are Not to Bad However The Standeds Are Dropping Alot,

We Have Stayed At This Hotel 5 or 6 Times In The Last 8 Months However Having To Pay The Full 560 Pounds for 2 rooms For 4 Days on Arrival as thay say a Booking Can-Not be Authrised with a Maistro Card Is Rediculouse, The Constant Drooning Of Fans Day In Day Out, The Fact That Housekeeping Keep Moveing a Paying Guests Private Items To Whear Thay Think Thay Should Be. The Standed Of The Cooked Breakfast Has Realy Gone Downhill Badly, And The Ignorance And Arrowgantness Of Some Staff Leave Alot To Be Desired, Infact Its Only Fair To Say That The More Custom You Give This Hotel The More Complacesent The Staff Are Towords You, Needless To Say We Will Not Be Back To This Also Very Overpriced Hotel Again. !

We loved the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Beds were extremely comfortable too. Lovely hotel! Great location on the Marina with lots of walking in town or along the beach. Extremely nice meal in the restaurant

We enjoyed everything about our stay from the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and location was great. We had are dinner in the resturant and it was delicious. Breakfast was also great a choice of cereal and cooked breakfast was on offer a good way to start our day. We are looking to return next year with some of our family and our young son. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay great.

This was a great hotel with very friendly staff, it was lovely to sit and have dinner/breakfast looking over the marina.

Polite staff, , good food, room clean and comfortable bed.

The room 312 was above the exit from the nightclub so there was a bit of noise as the people left, that was my only complaint.

Found the pictures of rooms made me think the Executive Double suits all had a Jacuzzi

the male receptionist when we arrived was very helpful and very nice. and informative

Easy access to shops Plenty of disabled parking a helpfull receptionist Food was very good and great value for money. The room was tidy and a good size. The shower was nice and warm.

Corridors were very poorly lit And very grey. I am sorry to say the third floor corridor reminded me of a mortuary reception. We meet people who paid the same as us and availed of two nights.

Receptionist (Janice) was lovely! Most helpful, pleasant attitude, plenty of time for me. Food was very good too, as were the restaurant staff.

The hotel looks a little tired and the corridor lights were not working.

Not a great view from Suite room Swimming pool slightly cold Could not get a table in restaurant til 8.45 on a sat eve when trying to book @ 5pm even though we were residents.

rooms very comfortable, meals excellent and good value,spa and swimming pool very enjoyable. We treated our mummy for her birthday which she really enjoyed her stay

the windows in our room was dirty

the noise on first night of our stay from the air conditioning was very loud and kept us awake.
