Size of room Accessibility to hotel
Location, friendly staff, very clean, well heated, well serviced room daily, wifi best in lobby area. Working to improve all the time. Good sleep. no problem with leaving luggage. No hassle stay.
entrance (well lit but a bit off putting), small room but adequate, wifi not good in upper floors.
Comfy bed. Tiny but clean and well appointed shower room. Friendly people.
It's not a hotel. It's a filthy place for homeless people and dodgy deals. This place needs to be reported to police with demand to remove from the list of hotels.
Friendly reception. Clean and smoker free. Quck last minute booking.
Not easy to find, must note the street number because access is at the back of a shop. Renovation going on all around the building. Back entrance not recommended after dark. Front dor closes at ten pm. Limited Wifi access. Room a bit small.
The entrance, the lobby, the bedroom, the staff
First and foremost, all those dreadful reviews about the back entrance are frivolous. yes, it has a sleazy feel in the alley due to construction, but again if there are many sleazy streets in New York, does it mean you do not visit the city? Second, you can't beat location: shopping, west end theaters, pica dilly, soho, all at the heart of it. Great value for the money. soho prices are generally 800 euros and up for 3 nights, we paid 300 only
- sympathy of the landlady (she was always smiling and really helpfull)
- ants in the room - tiny room with an "en suite" shower room even more tiny (impossible to get dry in the shower room, impossible to close the door while going to toilet, as a single traveler it's not that terrible but it was a double room) - The night entrance is quite sordid - The wifi that works when it wants (quite boring)
Although the room and bathroom were small, they were clean and comfortable.
The rear entrance to the hotel, which one must use after 10pm, is in what must be one of the grimmest streets in London.
It's not a Hotel. Didn't feel safe.
Entrance via a shop or a back door to a back lane with dead rat. £120 for one night for the smallest room every and limited sleep due to noise
The access to the hotel is not good. The back door was down a dark lane. Other than that it was basic, but good.
The staff did not speak very good English and they did not know the area when we asked about it. We had said we will be leaving at 9am and when we got up there was nobody there to leave our key with and no one answering phones. No way of making payment so we guess because we left card details when we booked they would just take it from that. The back entrance was very scary when we came back at night. Didn't feel very safe at all.
you should be on a squat in London it is a matter of thief
Near to many important places
Very small room - just fitting to a double bed not space for standing also Not worthy of the price Poor heating system Lots of noice in the night as it is on the main Oxford road- poor sleep
Only the position in Oxford Street
In order: 1. The size of room and bathroom...unbelievable!!! 2. No bed sheet and not sure whether bedding and pillows had ever been washed 3.The old fashion windows on Oxford Street....no way to sleep!!! Overall disgraceful for the price, although I know every place in London offer similar service when you spend less than £100. Should this be allowed?
even though it is cheap, it is still not worth the money. better pay the same in a hotel in the paddington area
The very dangerous late Nite entrance. Single females should never stay here.
Marisa hotel is super clean, and the location is really good! Loved it, i will come back for sure.
Entrance to hotel through shop & when closed through very dark allies. Stairs very deep & steep. Very loud til after 3am then starts again at 6am ish !! Rang to ask for directions & no help at all !!
Everything, bed sheets were disguisting, shower was pokey, cupboard, you couldnt swing a cat in it. Security non existing,Value for money none
The 'hotel' was above a shop, no signs, room was the size of a cupboard, every wall was touching the bed, no room for a suitcase, windows were painted black, dogs barking in the hotel, noisy room, small fridge and kettle but no electric socket to plug them in, when the shop was closed you had to use the back entrance which was dirty and dangerous, tramps sleeping on the street in the back alley, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
That the front door is in a tat shop that closes at 10pm so after that you have to walk round a dark ally in to a tramps sleeping area that does not feel safe at all. The one thing i expect from a hotel is a entrance this does not have one please do not stay here.
Small rooms Small WC Little noisy
Staff, room was tooo small, the door in to the hotel is very creapy because it was hidden in a store. Wifi sucked. Horrible
