-No Wifi Code Given -No Entrance - you have to enter through a shop! - You have to use back exit after 10pm, this takes you into an array of dark london alleyways, not safe. - On check, no staff on reception room
Location was great
Didnt like the fact you have to walk through a shop to get to it and after 10 when the shop closes you have to walk through back streets which you wouldnt do alone Didnt like the fact the door to hotel could potetially be left open no tea/coffee or any kind of refreashments
on oxford street very near tottenham court road station
Not realy a hotel, access through a tack shop, rooms are the shops storage area changed to accomadate a bed. night access definatly not safe for women, even if you can find it.
Had to goe in to a souvenir shop in order to get in to the hotel. Small stairs not even fitted for suitcases. Room without shower, not clean and no fire alarms or exit signs. This is more like an apartment rather than a hotel. We paid for cancellation and went out to look for a hotel.
Location in town was great, however everything else was bad.
Internet didn't Work first night. 1-lay glass directly to Oxford Street - meaning af lot of noise ALL night. Entrance through a shop. After 10pm / before 10 am entrance through a VERY dark and unsafe backyard. EXTREMELY non-recommendable. Not a "real" hotel, no facilities att all except Internet. At most a one-star "hotel":
The Shower was ok, and that is about it.
The length of the bed was wall to wall. the width was against one wall with a less than 2ft gap the other side, You could not both walk in there as there was only barely enough room for 1 person, I had to lay on the bed so my partner could get past and use the toilet. It was very claustrofobic. a nightmare to be honest. I would not recommend this to anyone as it was as i said a cupboard with a bed in it.
Location Staff were very helpful Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Room was very very small No Lift Room was very noisy due to the fact that we were facing directly on to Oxford street.
This hotel was good. A stones throw away from Tottenham court rd underground. We were greated well by the receptionist who showed us too our room. The bed was comfortable with fresh sheets and clean. There were towels and toiletries provided
The room and bathroom were small but basic. The windows were not double glazed so you could hear the buzz of the traffic and people outside, but it's was Ocford street after all!!
Problem with the car park.
There are no positives
the box bedroom only just big enough to fit the bed in, the window which didn't close resulting in no sleep due to the noise, the general uncleanliness, a filthy bathroom which had a toilet 1/4 of a yard away from a wall meaning that you had to sit sideways on it, the fact that 3/4 lights in the room didn't work so we relied on a lamp for light... Terrible place, shame on booking.com for offering this place
Location was good
There was no main entrance, the windows were blacked out so we couldn't see outside. There was no room in bathroom for toiletries.
Single glazing onto main road and one of the windows didn't shut properly. No sleep due to noise. Pillows flat and cheap, bedding nylon and tacky. Not impressed!
the only good thing was its location , on oxford street , just 5 minutes from theatre for miss saigon
main entrance through the back of of a tacky gift shop only until 10pm then locked. other door out through badly lit back alley . room extremely small, glitter found in the bad, toilet was a joke , shower only cold water , tv didn't work , wifi wasn't available although advertised. front room windows spayed black , no fire escapes . if a fire occurred in ground floor or office / laundry area , floors 2 and 3 would be toast. should not be allowed to operate. health and safety need to see this place .
Access - horrible! Either through a shop between 10am-10pm or a long and dangerous back lane after 10pm! Definitely not good for ladies!
The location was perfect for my needs as was the price. I was really pleased that the hotel was nice and clean and the staff helpful.
The entrance round the back of the hotel was a little daunting for a solo female as I did not feel very safe as it was dark with lots of door ways so think this needs to be addressed.
Very smal romes and a short bed!
everthing.walking through the shop .The room was dirty , the window was blacked out ,thank god we only stayed the one night. In the morning we couldnt find any staff.
Entrance to the hotel, servis
the location is fantastic..so close to theatres/shopping/clubs and SOHO.
the room is very very small with hardly any room to change.the ensuiteis also very very small, but if location is the main factor then this hotel would suffice. However we would not stay there again esp to accessis through a shop and out of hours is through a dingy backstreet which is dirty and travellers sleep in doorways.sorry not our cup of tea....but then it was cheap for the location!!
Location Value for money(ensuite, tv, wifi) Good for night out in london
Entrance via souvenir shop, back door at night
It's not a hotel! Basically a bunch of spares rooms in a souvenir shop! Classic if you don't mind having a story for friends afterwards.
Very convenient, reasonable cost, clean.
Very close to Oxfords Street shopping and restaurants also very close to Tottenham Court Road Tube Station.
Main access to Hotel was through a gift shop so was confusing when trying to find and the rear entrance the hotel said I should use was dark and dirty with evidence of drugs users present, I felt a little wary but can only imagine any young lady or family would be terrified.
This hotel was very hard to find and when we did the door was at the back of a shop!! We then discovered the way in and out is down a very dark alley at the back. Overall the hotel was a bit run down but the bed and bathroom was clean ans was fine for us for one night shopping trip!!! I have to honest and say I wouldn't stay again but for a cheap and clean place near the shops in oxford street it's ideal! Just don't expect a palace!!!!
Door in and out was in an alley at the back!!!
