Concierge very helpful, thank you. Lots of space and facilities in the rooms, generally quite at the back. It was safe and secure, near to good bus routes.
Lack of temperature control in the room , it was far too hot. Please supply a tea towel. Please ensure bathroom lights over the sinks work.
Great staff-couldn't be more helpful. Short stroll to St Paul's underground station. Apartment well equipped and secure parking for £21 for 24 hours.
We travelled with another couple so this was a perfect arrangement. We each had our own rooms and bathrooms and a nice living room in which to relax after full days of sightseeing. The hotel staff took excellent care of us, especially Mike, who researched interesting places for us. Loved the breakfast at Carluccio's and Tesco's was handy for provisions.
Only complaint, the washer/dryer combo not working and would have left with wet clothes had the staff not dried it for us in another apartment.
Friendly staff, fixed broken tap straightaway. Found doctor nearby for me to go to, allowed us to check in early as apartment was ready.Great location close to St. Paul's tube and buses. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with washing machine and dishwasher. Beds were very comfortable. Good restaurant nearby.
Could get hot in summer was quite warm when we were there in September but had fans to use.
Flexibility of an apartment which was easy to find & Toby was particularly helpful about providing a late extra bed, advice where to eat etc. Handy for St Paul's, Millenium Bridge, Barbican etc
Couldn't fault it!
The friendly and helpful staff, facilities and location were all first rate. Super skyline views of the Shard, Walkie Talkie and Cheese Grater. It was an excellent base for our stay. We would recommend and rebook
A small but obvious point for relaxing: The apartment we booked was for up to 4 people, but the seating arrangements in the living room was a sofa for 2 and an armchair. We pulled up a dining room chair and survived ... but there was ample room for another two seater to have replaced the armchair.
All ov it
A bit noisy fm the market at night
good location. spacious and well equipped
wifi not free no air con!!
A very spacious and well equipped apartment. Three double bedrooms, one en suite, two sharing second bathroom, both with bath and separate showers, large sitting room/dining room with adjoining well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable for six adults. Superb location only five minutes walk from St Paul's Cathedral. 24 hour concierge who could not have been more helpful. On site secure underground car parking at very reasonable charge per 24 hours. Bars, restaurants, and supermarket all close by. All in all, thoroughly recommended and a considerably cheaper way of staying in the City in high season than in major hotel chains.
Problems with fire alarm system in neighbouring building causing activation of apartment block fire board intermittently throughout two day stay.
Location is good. Close to St Paul's and Barbican tube station.
Very noisy outside early in the morning because there were trucks off loading goods in the market near the apartment. No big supermarket nearby.
A very good, clean, well equipped apartment, with good access to public transport, very friendly staff, Overall a great apartment in an excellent location.
There was a hot water heater in the apartment which made the apartment a little too warm.
Great location and reasonable space and facilities
No ventilation , extremely hot and stuffy during the day If you had the windows open slightly for ventilation is was extremely noisy, especially at night.
Location is really outstanding, as well as friendliness of staff. (reception)
There is no real view - and attention to detail (for instance the bathroom) is not quite there.
the kitchen was very well equiped. staff was friendly.
bathroom could be renovated, tiles were a bit musty the living area was smelly (probably of food that was cooked from the previous guests) had to buy scented candles windows were not tight...the bedroom was always cold and windy. would not wanna stay there in winter.
location facilities helpful staff cleanliness
Drying hair whithout mirror internet not included in the price
The apartment was nice and central and it suited for my purpose staff were polite and friendly
When I made my booking I requested a late check out and was told I would receive an email back about whether it was possible this never happened I did however ask when I got there and was given an extra hour also I found the water on the fridge a bit misleading assumed it was complimentary and then found it was only for our convenience and was chargeable at £2.75 a bottle so I think this should be made clearer but these are little things would still use again
Good location, close to underground, spacy and sunny room
Noises during night from refrigerators outside (central meat market for London !)
Spacious apartment in a great location. The double glazed windows certainly blocked out any noise coming from the fabulous market across the road.Every amenity that you would need was included. Great staff who couldn't have been more helpful and was great that reception was open 24 hrs. I would recommend and stay again.
The bed was to soft for my liking and the set up with the key lock on the apartment's front door maybe it difficult to open and close. We did feel also that just a nip lock on a front door when in the apartment was not great with regards to security, however this was I suppose counteracted by reception being manned 24 hrs a day. These comments would not deter me from staying again.
Excellent stay, Abbie on reception was very polite, friendly and helpful. Also very high standard of cleanliness. Overall very pleased will be back.
Not necessary to have heat on when we arrived, it was more comfortable with heat off!
The accommodation was spacious and relax enviourment
Check out timing was not good we have been told that check out time is 10 in the morning it should be at least 12:00
Superb location. Peace and quiet. Access to great bars and cafes. Space. Freedom. Staff were great and very informative.
Sitting room furniture seriously uncomfortable! Need door wedges to avoid constant slamming of heavy fire doors.
Clean. Spacious for 2 and a 2 year old. Secure. 5min walk to Farringdon station. Quiet, we were at the back.
The smell of the apartment; it was very flowery and fake. It didn't smell fresh. The metal framed windows create quite a cold draught when the heating isn't on. The boiler did stop at one point but the staff were very helpful and got it working straight away.
Excellent and helpful concierge - especially Michael. Fantastic top floor 2 bed appt
Paying for wifi - Cheaper to use BT hotspot
Quiet location but reasonably convenient to a couple of different Tube and bus lines. Great deal for the amount of space you get. [We had a 2-BR apartment, which had a good living room, small but fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one en-suite) and another bathroom.] Front desk staff (especially Mike) fantastic, providing helpful and accurate recommendations. Try Carlucci's (basically next door) for good, reasonably-priced breakfast (and free WiFi!).
Beds a bit saggy. Hotel WiFi costs 12 pounds/day.
