The layout of the apartment was superb , and so very clean

Spiral staircase , but it served it's space saving purpose

Atmospere of the place. Decent way of the stuff. Facilites of the kitchen.

Little bit expensive. Channel programs of the tv are limited.

Really good valure and staff very helpful. Only issue was Taxi drivers didn't know where it was !

The location was quite good, as the southbank is a nice part of the city. The hotel is really close to the riverside, which has a lot of small nice restaurants

Matress was really unconfortable, the room did smell funny (sweat, tobacco).

Mike the concierge was brilliant. Good location, spacious and good value

The concierge is very helpful and kind. The staff makes you feel at home and really good at their job. Cleanliness is considered as excellent. The kitchen is separated from living room and that will avoid cooking odors from being shared elsewhere.

Spacious living room, fully equipted kitchen including 4 rings electrict cooker, oven, microwave and a large frigh. Tesco express is just around the corner which you could buy reduced price food. Two wc and bath rooms. Excellent for family.

A bit noise at night as the ambulance depot is next to it. However, closing the windows will shut the noise. No free internet.

The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. I liked the fact that they had a couple of saches of tea, coffee and sugar as well as dish washing liquid, sponge, a couple of tablets for the dish washer and for the washing machine. The ensuite bathroom had a good sized bath, very good shower head with nice strong water pressure. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was fantastic with accessibility to a couple of underground stations, a bus right outside or various buses 5 mins walk. many restaurants and bars were right underneath the apartment and within easy walking distance. TESCO was also great to have just round the corner. we were able to leave our luggage on the last day for a few hours which was nice.

I was shocked that we were expected to pay 24 pounds per day for a baby cot so we ended up carrying our travel cot with us. at night we liked sleeping with the window open for some fresh air but it was very noisy with lorries loading and offloading very close by (but we still slept through it). we only stayed for three nights so the cleaning wasn't too much of an issue, but if we had stayed for longer, I would have been annoyed with the fact that the apartment only got cleaned once a week. despite the fact that the apartment was really clean, i was shocked when I found a small cocroach and a small spider in the bathroom on our second night. on our last day when we were getting ready to leave when i was shocked that a member of staff had opened the door and was standing ib the door asking in an unfriendly tone when we were planning on leaving. i thought that checkout was 12 like most places, but he said it was 10 and we needed o leave, so that kind of put a damper on the great stay we had. but maybe if he was more polite it would have been ok.

1. No AC and the rooms a bit stuffy. 2. I wish that there was no wall between the living room and kitchen. It would have been more roomy and open and easier to all be together.

Great location 5 mins from St Pauls and Blackfriars. Well appointed modern apartments

Could have done with being serviced more often, they are serviced once a week or more often if requested for a fee. We were there during a heat wave and the bedrooms were very warm.

The apartment was well placed and had excellent facilities.

Much more space than a hotel room, just what we needed with 2 older children. Apartment was clean and well organised, kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. Welcome pack was excellent. Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. No problems at all, would stay here again.

Only problem we had was that we were on the 7th floor and it was a very hot and the windows didn't open very wide.

We made a last-minute decision to meet up with friends in the City and expected to have trouble finding a good location during the Olympic fortnight. We booked the Market View based on the description and reviews in Booking.com and we were not disappointed. The rooms and location are first rate and the staff on site could not have been nicer.

The TV was broken and the manager came to the room straight away to fix excellent service.

Only a small thing but the toilet made a right racket after flushing...

No frills, but great location and very convenient. Next time we travel with the kids, this will be an option at the top of our list. It was a short trip for us where the 'frills' associated with a hotel were not required. Everything you would need for a self-catered weekend (or longer) break was there. Location was superb, price (Friday night in London) made it great all round value. Box with cereal, milk, crisps, chocolate bar etc.. provided in the room.

Reception was a security guard - not quite on the pace and might have struggled a bit if we had wanted anything more demanding than a key. Very friendly though, and tried. Attention to detail in the apartment was not as good as it could have been (ie hook on back of bathroom door had fallen off and was lying in a corner). For no extra effort, could have been superb.

Apartments should be cleaned at least twice a week.

Apartments were clean & spacious. i thought the welcome pack of tea, coffee & milk was a nice touch & very much appreciated after a five hour drive. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The apartments are in a nice quiet area away from all the hustle & bustle & only a ten minute walk to the tube station. There are a couple of restaurants under the apartments which although we didnt eat there looked really nice. We did eat breakfast at the cafe which was delicious & really good value. There is a tesco express round the corner which is great to pick up essentials. All in all excellwnt would definately recommend & will certainly have no hesitation using the apartments again.

My only moan would be the settee in the apartment was so uncomfortable it was hard to relax in after a long day sight seeing.

Location was ok, well managed.

Very small rooms and washrooms, kitchen. Not as per the image shown on the website. I think it's misleading as rooms look different in real.

The apartment was very spacious and clean with updated decor. Great for families. One of the best places we have stayed. It is located in the financial district. A little bit away from the city centre but still very easy to get to and within walking distance of the major attractions. Nice to see other parts of the city other than just major attractions, like the business part of the city. There are great cafes and restaurants right outside your door. We would recommend especially for what you get for the money.
