It felt like staying at a relatives house. Beautiful period decoration. lovely colours and decor. Eco friendly. Gluten free breakfast sausage and bread! TV/DVD player in room and DVD library. Anne the hotelier was lovely, nothing too much trouble. Great value for money. breakfast home made preserves and mostly local food! Have paid 4x the cost of this and had a lot less. £29 incl breakfast. It didn't bother me but some people might not like sharing a bathroom. You still have a sink in your room. There were a few imperfections but it is like one's you may find in your own home, nothing terrible. I thought it was a beautiful house. Yes it could probably do with a new carpet here and there but I don't care about things like that. I was expecting a hell of a lot less for £29. |

The proprietor is very sociable and hospitable. Not really, only not a huge amount of parking space. |

Pleasant lady owner was flexible on breakfast times to fit in with my arrangements hotel had a nice clean smell to it, price very good as well, breakfast excellent with good taste to products and a good selection My room had its own bathroom, but not all do, however that is made clear on booking site and at this price in that area was acceptable. Most others are a lot more expensive. |

Easy to access the city with bus stop out front. Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. There were a few items in the room that need some minor attention due to wear and tear; light globe needed to be replaced, corner of wall had been hit a few times with the metal brace being exposed, but generally was to same standard as other hotels we had stayed in. |
