The bed was lovely and we had a wonderfull nights sleep, with an excellent cooked breakfast in the morning which was brought to us in no time at all. The Hotel has seen better days and it could do with a good makeover to make it better.

On Christmas Day we were each given Christmas presents by the hotel which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The hotel decor was drab, the room fittings were old and worn, the bed mattress was lumpy and the hotel layout was a bit of a rabbit warren.

Friendly, helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere; retains original features of Edwardian hotel, does not try to be too modern. Good value. Comfortable place to stay when on your own.

My stay was lovely, the staff were very attentive and informative, the room was lovely and warm with plenty of space and storage. The only thing I found was the shower didn't work very well and could so with having the shower head replaced. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and with the price being reduced that weekend to £82 for 2 nights it was a bargain many thanks helen wilson

A quiet hotel near the beach, very good for holiday It seems difficult to connect to their wifi even you enter the correct password. There seemed to be sth wrong with the router and the signal is not strong enough in room.

It's location. It is on the seafront and near the amenities. The beds all need replacing, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The rooms were clean but very the decor and fittings are very run down. For the price, I expect abit more.
